Quiet, cozy and newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment (65 sqm) with loggia in the mountains. Located on a slope, so from the loggia a wonderful view over the valley of Lichtenstein with the castle and the mountains. Hiking, directly from the house. Skiing, 10 minutes to the ski resort Wildhaus, Chäserugg and Alt St. Johann, 20 minutes to Austria. Modern and cozy decor with TV, DVD player, music system etc. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully equipped, open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, food processor and blender, kettle and much more.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Wir haben die Woche in der bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon mit Blick auf Vaduz und die liechtensteiner Berge gefallen, auf dem wir bei lauem Spätsommer-Wetter die Abende verbringen konnten. Die Lage im Rheintal ist optimal, da man schnell in alle Richtungen kann und sowohl Rad- als auch Wandertouren machen kann. Wir haben uns auf das Wandern beschränkt und viele aussichtsreiche Touren gemacht. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war herzlich und unsere Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Es war also ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder.

Sehr schöne, ordentliche und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer noch freundlicheren und herzlicheren Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung und Aussicht ist einfach umwerfend. Alles was man benötigt ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Gams selbst ist eine Perle der Natur und repräsentiert das beste der Schweiz. Mit einem Kaffee auf dem Balkon sitzen und zu Lichtenstein schauen ist einfach unbezahlbar.

Lovely apartment in an area for quiet enjoyment

Everything about the apartment was excellent. Our only reservations concern the lack of choice for eating locally (vegetarian, very limited) and the very noisy churchbells at 5.30 am on some mornings. Great location for walks, mountain biking etc and we saw some people kitted up for climbing. If staying, go to the Information Centre near the "lake" and castle in Buchs - very helpful and informative lady there and the adjacent "old town" is fascinating and picturesque. Very nice restaurant Selva at Trubbach, so good we went there twice for the same veggie meal! Several castles to be explored in the area. We didn't make it into Liechenstein because there was much to see and do without bothering. 1.5 hours' drive from Zurich airport, easy motorway nearly all the way. Definitely recommended.

Top Lage - Top Urlaubsgebiet - empfehlenswert.

Die Dame beim Check-In (nicht Vermieter) war etwas überrascht über die relativ späte Ankunft (2100 Uhr). Dies war wohl ein kleines Missverständnis. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und wie beschrieben, gut gelegen mit schöner Aussicht. Komfortable Betten, wir haben bestens geschlafen!

Die Wohnung hat für 2-3 Personen eine gute Größe. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, vor allem Bad und Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist in den Wohnraum integriert und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Was uns fehlte, war etwas Platz für eigene Vorräte und ein paar Schüsseln. Leider funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht, aber die Vermieterin reagierte prompt auf unseren Hilferuf und half mit einer Camping-Kühlbox aus - eine sofortige Reparatur war verständlicherweise nicht möglich. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in top Lage

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 10 min vom Skigebiet Toggenburg entfernt, so dass man dieses sehr einfach mit dem Auto erreicht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Sowohl der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin als auch den Personen vor Ort, welche die Schlüsselübergabe und sonstiges erledigt haben, war super freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub.
