This has been one of the best stays in our recent years. Martina met us on site upon arrival and showed us around. The home and pool were very clean, organized, with all the little extras you might need for any situation. The built-in water and ice refrigerator was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Second stay at Villa Hamilton

We stayed at Villa Hamilton for 3 days in 2024 and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back for a week in March 2025. We enjoyed the familiarity that the second visit gave us. The house was fresh and inviting when we arrived in the early evening and it was easy to settle in. The pool was much warmer this year as it now has a solar blanket that helps to retain the heat overnight. A definite improvement. The area was good for going to Preserves and wildlife spots, particularly for birding, and I felt secure at the property when my husband occasionally went off on his own. It was delightful to enjoy the weather which was significantly better than that in the UK. Thanks to Martina for her assistance.

Spectacular house!

The house and host were amazing. Great pool and quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and bars are far away and limited. So great place to great place to get away from people. Kitchen was great for cooking. Would stay again!

Magnificent getaway

This place was like a quaint resort disguised as a home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for what I needed: a place to work remotely, not too far from my buddy whose birthday was the reason I was visiting, and a both comfortable and relaxing spot with a pool to kick back when I wasn’t working or celebrating. Loved it! My buddy and his girl crashed with me a couple nights and told me I need to stay here every time I come visit. Martina, the host, is communicative and responsive. She’s thought of all the little things you may need (like a lighter). Chef’s kiss!

Winter Escape

We loved our stay in Lehigh Acres! The property was exactly as pictured and fully equipped. We enjoyed using the heated pool and lanai area daily. Publix and Walmart were approx 15 minute drive. Stores like Marshalls, TJ Max and Bealls were approx 40 minute drive. We recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

Great house with pool

Enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again. Ideal for visits to wildlife preserves and state parks in the area. Property well maintained and secure. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Pool excellent for a cooling swim after a hot day although could have been a little warmer. One of the most enjoyable locations of our holiday.

It was really nice. The neighborhood was peaceful. The pool magnificent and late night swim was nice with the lights. Talking to the owner of the place was very easy and welcoming. Would definitely do another stay next year!

Well Maintained House with Pool, So-So Neighborhood, Out There

The house and pool were in great condition and seemed well maintained. However the pool was too cold for us to use even though she said she was heating it for us. The basic house was clean, laundry clean, floors, etc. The problem was there was so much "stuff" everywhere. There is no way the drawers in the kitchen had been cleaned or the appliances or even all the dishes. There were too many! Dried/fake flowers, foyer dresser drawers full of stuff other people had handled. There was too much "stuff" everywhere for anyone to have cleaned it all before we arrived. That was a little icky for me. There was so much stuff in the kitchen cabinets I had a hard time finding a place for the things I brought and bought. I'm ok with a few staples. Salt and Pepper, Sugar, Equal. But some of the stuff in the cabinet had been there so long it was expired! Ok. You get the point. The Check In process was weird. The owner/manager? had to meet us there in order for us to check in. That requires establishing an exact time of arrival. What traveler knows exactly when they are going to arrive? So we got there early and had to waste vacation time waiting for her to arrive. And I don't want to socialize after driving for 8 hours. Give me a code. I don't need to meet you. The property description says it is "a short drive from the Gulf Coast." NOT SO! It took us about 2 hours to get to the Gulf Beaches every single time we went. Traffic is horrible! We didn't have any interaction with the property manager, other than check in, so I can't speak to that. The location/neighborhood was very iffy. We felt a little uncomfortable. From the pool you could see three neighbors. One had chickens in their yard. One just had a lot of clutter. The third had a pool and the couple listened to country music, pretty loud, day and evening. Now I know why the owner/manager put in a safe. Overall. it was cheap. You get what you pay for. If you don't have high expectations you won't be disappointed. House is in good shape. Every available space is occupied with the owners "stuff". You need patience getting anywhere in the traffic.
