Apartment near the beach "AM NEPTUN" with WiFi & bicycles

Summary
Small apartment (approx. 36m²) in the basement of a city villa with a separate entrance. The famous Hotel Neptun is only about 100m away. You can't get much closer to the beach. Access is via an electronic lock. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is u. a. Equipped with cable TV, WiFi, FireTV - the kitchen also with Senseo and Sodastream.

The living room
The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. For sleeping, there is a folding cupboard bed (160x200) in the apartment for optimal use of space, which can be opened with one hand. The seating area can optionally also be converted into a bed.
The living room is equipped with flat screen TV with cable TV, Blu-Ray player, radio with CD and internet access via WLAN. The FRITZ!WiFi app recommended. FireTV and Chromecast can also be used. The apartment is networked via Smarthome to control heating and light. So the smart socket z. B. when entering the apartment, the light turns on briefly. The radiator thermostats regulate the temperature according to a circuit diagram, but can be overridden manually. Next to the outer door there is a smart bell (intercom) on the right, with which we can be contacted via the Internet if necessary.

Use of the wall bed
Pull hard on both handles to open. Open the footrest halfway up and put the bed down. Buckle up the bedding and fold up the footrest. There are 2 lamps with switches under the shelf.

kitchen
In addition to a fridge-freezer and stove, the kitchen also has a coffee machine, toaster, egg and kettle. There is also a "Senseo" with coffee pods and a "Sodastream". The switch for switching the refrigerator on and off is under the sink! Additional consumables are also under the sink.

Cycles
The bicycles are parked and connected in the bicycle stand on the left behind the house. The required keys are on the key board in the apartment. Leave the keys there when you leave.
When parking (also on the way!) please always connect the bicycles!
We have only a limited influence on the condition of the bicycles, as this largely depends on the usage behavior of the “predecessor”. We therefore ask that you carry out minor repairs yourself. The necessary tools are in the locker in the apartment. There is also a small tool bag for on the go, which can be attached to a men's bike. In the winter months, the bikes can only be used after consultation!

terrace
There are trees in front of the property, so leaves can fall onto the terrace or the entrance and sometimes even beetles can crawl around. This is called nature and is not a defect. Please sweep away the leaves and dispose of them in the organic bin on the left behind the house! You will find the necessary "equipment" for this on the terrace.

cleaning
The apartment is cleaned by a cleaning service, so that we have only limited influence on the implementation. If there are problems with the quality or something is missing, you will find a contact sheet for the cleaning service in the apartment. Information on departure is also stored in the apartment.

More information for guests

Please send a short message after check-in whether everything is available, tidy and clean. Also confirm the CheckOut with a short message.
When using the washing machine, please deposit € 2.50 per wash.
It would be nice if you refilled used coffee pods.
Make sure that all keys are in their old place on departure.
And should something really break, please let us know. Otherwise, this should be regulated through liability insurance.
The tourist tax levied in Warnemünde is NOT included in the price. To do this, your data and fees must be sent before arrival. We register online with the appropriate confirmation. No tourist tax is charged for a business or business stay.

approach
The best way to get to the apartment from the direction of Rostock is via Richard-Wagner-Straße. At the traffic light intersection Wagner, Park, Schiller and Mühlenstrasse, turn right into Mühlenstrasse. Then immediately left into Kurhausstrasse. Cross the Wachtlerstraße (note the right of way!) and left again just before "Neptune". And left again (one-way streets!) and you are in Schillerstrasse. Only the first 4 parking spaces in Schillerstraße are short-term parking spaces (with parking disc!). Otherwise only hold for loading and unloading. ATTENTION, it is often checked and your vacation should not start with a "nodule". The Kurhaus and Baltic Sea parking garages (approx. € 12-16 / day) or parking spaces in the technology park in Barnewitzstraße (€ 4-5 / day) are in the immediate vicinity.

Electronic door lock
Please download the "Danalock Germany" app from the Playstore onto your smartphone. (An app is also available for iPhones.) According to the manufacturer, Android 5. 1 or higher with Bluetooth 4. 0 is required for correct function! If you don't have an account with "Danalock" yet, create a new account and register with your E-M @ il address and any password. Log in with your account details in the "Danalock" app. Send us via message above. Mail address for generating your access data. We will then send you the access authorization for your stay in the "Danalock" app. You may then have to confirm this. Then you will see a lock in the app called "FeWo". The key you received is valid for the length of stay booked in the apartment. To open (or close) the lock, you must be within Bluetooth range of the door (approx. 5m) and have activated "Bluetooth" on your smartphone! The buttons in the app are then displayed in color (green and red).
Note: For some smartphones, "GPS with high accuracy" must also be switched on to open the lock.
Press the green button to open, after a short time you will hear the opening mechanism that operates the lock and pulls the tongue back for 3 seconds. Slightly pull the door on the knob and open it. Alternatively, the unlocked door can also be opened by turning the doorknob. There is a KEYPAD on the apartment door, which can be used to lock the door. To do this, press the "lock closed" symbol for approx. 3 seconds.
PS: In the apartment there is a "normal" apartment key on the key board.

- do not smoke in the apartment, it is allowed on the terrace
- Always lock both apartment doors when leaving
- Place the patio chairs in the apartment when it rains and leaves
- Never use tea lights or candles without supervision
- Clean the terrace and entrance (especially in autumn) from leaves

departure
- Turn off the light
- Close the window
- Set the radiator to frost protection (*) after use and on departure
- Clear the cooling combination, switch it off and leave the doors open
  (Power strip under the sink)
- Also pull the mains plug of the kitchen appliances
- Switch off the power strip on the television
- Close the washing machine's water supply again
... and of course lock doors!
