The designer kitchen is equipped with high-quality cooking appliances and utensils, such as the Gaggenau wine fridge, freezer with ice cube maker and refrigerator, as well as a TOP espresso machine with milk frother. The kitchen equipment is complemented by an orange squeezer, Kitchen Aid, induction hob, steam cooker, etc.

The clue is the sliding glass elements that can be opened completely, transforming the living area into another terrace area.

A central air conditioning system provides all rooms with sufficient cooling, and the house can be used with underfloor heating in the cooler seasons.
