2019 built, scandinavian holiday home in the Rorbu style to relax and undwind in, located directly on the fjord with its own quay and magnificent views of the fjord landscape. Ideal for anglers, paddlers and families who love the sea and the Norwegian archipelago on the west coast. Boat mooring directly at the holiday home, which offers a comfortable access for both anglers and paddlers.

There are 4 bedrooms. In two bedrooms the beds can be placed as singles or a double. Two beds are located at the top under the sloping roof offering a great view of the sky. Two modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, towel radiators and floor-level showers. In addition: Pure relaxation in the infrared sauna!

In order to enjoy the beautiful fjord landscape from inside, the holiday home is equipped with large windows and sliding glass doors. As a special feature, the living room is open to the roof and has an extra large skylight for a friendly bright ambience. An ultra-modern air heat pump provides additional heat or pleasant cooling if required. To end the days comfortably, the living room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace with glass windows. Smart TV and broadband are available via Altibox (glass fibre), also with English channels. For sociable hours together there are plenty of games available.

The large wooden terrace on the fjord side and the entire quay area, as well as a very spacious wooden terrace at the rear of the holiday home invite you to linger outside, sunbathe or barbecue. Wonderful dining places on sunny days!

At the back of the house there is an approx. 15 sqm large, lockable storage space for your fishing, bathing or paddling equipment, with a large 400 litre freezer.

The island eldorado Bømlo with its more than 1.000 bigger and smaller islands is a very good fishing area all year round. Between the holmen and the archipelago along the coast there is a practically a catch guarantee. The open sea can be reached in only 15 minutes! But also for paddlers and families, the shielded straits and inviting bays, the archipelago coast and small canals offer a varied holiday paradise. About 5 km away from the holiday house, you will also find good shopping facilities.

Please note:
o For safety reasons, children should always wear life jackets when staying on the terrace area facing the fjord!
o If required, sets consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for NOK 140 per set.
o If desired, 2 inflatable stand-up paddling boards including height-adjustable paddle, life jacket and leash can be rented for 60 EUR per SUP board and per week.
o There are also two kayaks available (a single-seater and a double-seater) including paddle, splash guard and life jacket, which can also be rented for 60 EUR per kayak per week.

Two boats are optionally available for you to rent on a weekly basis:
- Hobbybåt 555 Proff, 18 feet 90 hp , echo sounder incl. GPS and plotter, holders for fishing rods, 700 EUR per week (without fuel), deposit = 200 EUR
- and Hobbybåt 555 Proff, 18 feet with 60 hp , echo sounder incl. GPS and plotter, holders for fishing rods, 600 EUR per week (without fuel), deposit = 200 EUR
- Pioner 15, 15 feet, 20 hp, 280 EUR per week (without gasoline), deposit = 200 EUR
- Guided fishing tours are also available by arrangement and for a fee.
- When renting the boats, we ask that you make sure that the boats are always guided by a holder of a boating license sea or inland.
