Come enjoy this clean, very spacious, well equipped home with a heated pool, high speed WiFi, 4 bedrooms each with a large smart TV, 3 bathroom, games, puzzles, toys, pool safety fence upon request, many life jackets in different sizes, large kitchen fully equipped, coffee bar & many more great amenities. You'll love the large outdoor lanai with the 'whispering' palm trees surrounding the pool area. The spacious open floor plan provides the perfect vacation home for the whole family. My son, his wife and their five and one year old children and I had a great time. My five year old granddaughter was so excited to sleep in a bunk bed for the first time. We all, but especially the kids, loved the pool. It was clean, warm and beautiful. Lots of toys and floaties available to play with. The house had everything we needed.

House is exactly as described! Great layout for a family with split bedroom design, plenty of room for everyone. House came fully stocked and even had all the extras like soft blankets in the closets, tans, usb chargers, and anything else you might need. Close proximity to beaches, parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Hosts are very accommodating and allowed early check in and offered late check out as well. Great place to stay in Cape Coral.

Had an amazing time in Florida and loved the location and amenities of this property. It was centrally located for everything that we were doing on our vacation and the property was immaculate and very cozy and comfortable. The host was very communicative and every need was met. The house was beautiful and spacious and was stocked very well with anything that you may need. We would definitely recommend to anyone that is in need of a home to stay in while traveling.

We had a great time here, the home is well equipped with everything you need from baby items to kitchen items.We loved the palms that provided pool privacy, the living space was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Mary was very communitive, made the stay very easy.100% recommend!!!!

Wonderful Stay!

The house was the perfect place for our large group including 5 adults and 4 children! There was truly room for about 4 more people to have beds! Everything was perfect and Mary was so kind to allow us early check in since the house was ready! A great location between several local beaches with everything you need nearby!

Wonderful vacation home!

My husband, kids and parents had an amazing stay at Whispering Palms. We spent so much time relaxing in the beautiful pool! The house has absolutely everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Whispering Palms was wonderful! The house was beautiful and spacious for our large family gathering of 11 adults and children. It was well stocked with everything needed to enjoy our vacation! The kitchen was large and well laid out and large open concept with living room was great! The outdoor covered living space and pool all fully enclosed within the lanai provided a lovely critter free area to enjoy! A beautiful bushy, lush palm hedge surrounded the lanai providing privacy and a wind break creating a lovely private oasis. The pool was sparkling clean with a shallow end for the wee ones to enjoy as well! The house is located within 5-8 minutes of many shopping destinations such as Target and Walmart and eateries. Best of all the host was very responsive to any enquiries! Thank you Mary, we would highly recommend your house to anyone visiting the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. We even got to check off a Bucket List item with a few days visits to Sanibel Island! Beautiful!

Perfect Vacation Home!

Mary’s home was nothing short of spectacular. She was a great host and really thought of it all. The home was extremely clean and spacious. It was perfect for my family of 11 that stayed here. Short drive to restaurants and the pool was fantastic. The whispering palms made it feel like a resort. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This house was wonderful, and Mary was such a great host. She was super responsive and quick to answer any questions. The house is well equipped, and it has everything you need in a home. We really enjoyed the pool! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Time/ Awesome property for a big Family.

Everything about our stay in this house was great it was absolutely gorgeous extremely clean literally about any comfort accommodations you would have at home, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we need, Mary the owner was such delight, the communication was awesome and very fast and informative I highly recommend this home.

Relax and rejuvenate

A beautiful home with many amenities to please. All 7 of us had a great time swimming in the beautiful pool as well. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Hope to return one day.

Splendid!

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Everything we could have ever needed was there at the home. Also when she saw we had small children she checked in with me to see if we wanted pool safety fence up, which was super and made me worry less about my littles. I’m glad you love the little owl. He has been known to parch up on the window above the front door. Great house

This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation without having to bring everything from home. Including beach towels, blankets, chairs, chairs umbrellas, and even bikes. I recommend this place from r any large group of 10 or less.

We are a retired couple from Minnesota with 4 adult married children and 7 grandchildren. My parents always had a home in Cape Coral as my children grew up, so we wanted to continue that tradition with our grandchildren! Visits to my parents home in Florida was always a highlight for us all!

Our neighborhood is quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We love to walk to the stores or get ice-cream a few blocks away! We have a few ground owls that are fascinating to watch as well and a neighborhood favorite!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home is very spacious with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. "The Palms" (bedroom #1) has a huge walk-in shower & separate jetted tub. "Coral Reef" and "Sunset Waters" (Bedrooms 2 & 3) share a bathroom with large walk-in shower, bedroom #4 "Dancing Dolphins" has a full private bathroom with tub/shower that has a door exiting to the lanai and pool, convenient to shower before and after swimming in the pool. We have named our rooms and decorated them as the room has been named to add some fun to our home. We have a large family and have tried to think of everything to make our home accommodate them and all our guest that come to vacation at Whispering Palms!
