Boutique style apartment with a large pool 600 ft from the beach. The entire apartment is completely renovated with all new floors, kitchen and bathroom. Very cozy place in a quiet beach neighborhood. Plenty of seating areas in the sun or shade including BBQ's. It feels like living in a resort. Bicycles to cruise the beach and watch the sunset are available. In the garden area are several BBQ's

Easy Beach access- Very efficient

Very clean and efficient place. Nice quiet area away from the main traffic in Boynton Beach. Beach. Access to the beach is the best feature for this location.

Great Summer Get a Way

Peter and Donna communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. This unit is a quant 1956 motel remodel and it had everything a couple would need for a weeks stay. Pool is very nice and property is well maintained. Very short walk to the beach but in the Summer it is mostly like an island all to yourself, as summer is the off season. You can’t go wrong booking this unit or one of their others similar to it. Thanks for a wonderful 10 days Donna and Peter!!!

Happy times

It was a very relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. The landscaping is stunning and Donna takes pride in the place and makes sure you have everything you need. It is very clean and quiet.

Great location! Walking distance to the ocean

Everyone is so nice and accommodating! The rooms are clean and there is everything you may need. Beach chairs are great! Been there twice and going back in February!

Very pleased with the accomodations

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Donna, the on site manager was very friendly and resolved a couple of minor concerns promptly. Unit was well equipped, tidy and charming (mix of old Florida and new fixtures) internet connection was very good. Quiet location and building. Only things we would suggest - a couple more towel bars, on the back of bedroom or bath doors perhaps - and unfortunately the pool was not heated. A positive experience, we would definitely come back.

Old Florida vacation

This property is an remolded multi unit Florida 50’s motel. It is in a location with a short walk to the beach. The decor in this unit was very well done. The kitchen was well stock with dishes and cooking equipment. The doors inside are louvre doors with the exception of the closet. Louvre doors help with air circulation which was good for this unit due to the air and heat unit being in the living room. The electrical system is also a bit quirky. The colors of the walls and ceilings complement the decor well However, the painting is a bit messy. The art was great and the choices were spot on. Treats were provided along with water which was a life saver for us since we were there over Christmas break when many stores were closed. The pool was very nice and clean.
