House Fichtegebirgshaus in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge

Our house is located in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge near the adventure region Ochsenkopf and directly at the foot of the Klausen lift Mehlmeisel and is the perfect place for families and people who just want to switch off.
The house, in the style of a Nurdachhauses, offer you about 100 square meters feel-good room spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with comfortable double bed and additional couch for smaller children. Equipped with flat screen TV and indirect lighting for cozy hours. In addition, a separate bathroom with shower.
In the middle floor is the large living area with panoramic windows, fireplace, large flat screen TV and large terrace. Here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 6 people. Also on this floor is another bathroom with shower. The location of our terrace ensures that you can enjoy the sun in the morning. There is nothing to stand in the way of a leisurely breakfast.
In the attic there are 2 children / bedrooms. Each with a panoramic view. Equipped with modern infrared heating for colder days.
There is also a large garden. There you can relax on sunny days in peace and in the winter like to even build a snowman.
W-LAN throughout the house and a DSL connection with 25 MBit ensure that you can stay in touch with the world. Our house is a Non smoking house.
 
Your holiday destination Hüttstadl St. Veit in the Fichtelgebirge
Hüttstadl / St. Veit is a district of Fichtelberg and is very quiet at an altitude of about 680 m. The mild Fichtelgebirgsklima and the total absence of through traffic ensures a clear and refreshing air. The region around Hüttstadl is known for its 3 mountains. The Kösseine, the Ochsenkopf and the Schneeberg. Each of the three mountains has its own character.
The Ochsenkopf, with its widely visible radio tower, is the starting point for anyone looking for fun. In summer with toboggan run, high ropes course and downhill, in winter with 3 km long descent.
The Kösseine is the mountain for hikers with a quaint hut on the summit. Try a Zoigel, a bottom-fermented beer, as original as the Fichtelgebirge.
Nature lovers can venture on the climb to Schneeberg. The entire region is a nature reserve. On the Schneeberg you have a wide view. Through the renaturation there were even spotted wolves again. From the Schneeberg, it is best to descend via the Seehaus. A hut where you can expect hearty snacks and a cold beer.
A trip to Luisenburg, with its open-air theater in front of a rock backdrop, should also not be missing. The Luisenburg Festival and the associated rock labyrinth are known far beyond the region.
In the center of Fichtelberg you will find everything you need for daily life. Also a large market that opens until 19:00.
Culinary you can indulge in different restaurants. The Gaststätte Waldfrieden, directly in Hüttstadl, can be reached within a 5-minute walk.
