The family-friendly holiday home has a quiet, sunny south-west terrace. On the ground floor you will find a friendly living / dining room with fitted kitchen and fireplace, as well as a shower room with toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet. The holiday park on the outskirts of Sint Maarten offers a swimming pool, a playground with trampolines, a basketball court, a soccer field and a fishing lake. The terrace is sheltered from the wind towards the southwest, an ideal place for undisturbed relaxation.

In autumn 2015 the lower floor was completely renovated and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and oven was installed. In spring 2018 we renovated the upper floor and replaced the beds in the master bedroom and installed a cupboard across the entire width of the room.

Special features: There is a large garden. The distance to the beach is approx. 5 km and can also be mastered by bike for children.

In order to meet the needs of allergy sufferers, we equipped our house with tiles and laminate and did not use carpets and curtains in the bedrooms. There are blinds on the bedroom windows that allow blackout.

Bringing pets is unfortunately not allowed out of consideration for our guests with allergies.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Sint Maarten

Sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Sint Maarten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während des Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Eine Woche schöner Urlaub

Der einwöchige Urlaub war voll zufriedenstellend. Im Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden und noch mehr, was wir gar nicht brauchten. Brötchen bestellen und Fahrräder ausleihen ging extrem problemlos. Die Lage im Park ist sehr ruhig, das kleine Schwimmbad gut zu benutzen. Der Begriff Strandnah ist jedoch etwas genauer zu fassen.Der W-Lan Zugang war jedoch nur für Smartphones möglich, für mein Laptop hätte ich ein Passwort gebraucht und keinen QR-Code. Unterm Strich war alles Bestens gewesen.

Osterurlaub in Nordholland

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Anke war sehr schön. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Wir haben den wunderschönen Strand genossen. Gerne wieder!👍
