Your private vacation oasis with a feel-good atmosphere .......

In Finca Julia you live extremely comfortably. Here you will find comfort just like in your own four walls. The finca has sophisticated equipment with almost all extras and offers space for four to six people (maximum for up to nine people with three sleeping options on the gallery).

The finca is in a quiet location in the Campo area of Denia (Torre carrals 67), just under 2 km from the sea and from the roof terrace you can enjoy the sea view. Despite the quiet location, you live only 2.4 km from the city center and are quickly in nice restaurants.
The house spoils with a 1000 square meter, beautifully landscaped garden, with many seating areas, large palm trees and many Mediterranean plants and is surrounded by a 4 meter high oleander hedge, which ensures privacy. And the pool area is also invisible, this offers enough space for swimmers with a size of 10 x 5 meters.

The finca has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a beautiful kitchen with full equipment, barbeque area with gas grill, utility room with washing machine and dryer, outdoor sauna, carport, dining pavilion and much more ...

The kitchen and bathrooms can be heated with electric heaters and the bedrooms with air conditioning and the living room has a cozy warmth in winter thanks to the fireplace. So this finca is also suitable for wintering.

And since a perfect vacation is rounded off by the fact that you can quickly and easily reach your loved ones at home or your professional contacts, free internet use is part of the all-round carefree package for your vacation.

We only charge you the final cleaning costs separately once with € 200, as well as a laundry package (bed linen, hand, shower and beach towels etc.) with € 15 per person. For environmental reasons, we use energy-aware electricity and charge 0.25 € per kilowatt hour based on actual consumption. The costs for water and gas consumption, as well as pool and garden maintenance are included. As a one-time deposit, € 200 is payable in cash to our house manager on arrival, who will keep this amount until your departure. On the day of moving out, the deposit is then repaid after visual inspection in the rental property, minus the costs for electricity, if the house is handed over without damage. The house is a real finca, which has been lovingly restored and still gives a special feel-good atmosphere due to the finca charm. You will be able to relax here.

Die Finca Julia ist ein Haus in einem Landhausstil hier wohnen Sie idyllisch und komfortabel.Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage zwischen Orangen Plantagen und etwa 2 km von Denia entfernt, deshalb empfehlen wir dem Gästen ein Auto zu mieten und die Bars und Restaurants schnell zu erreichen. Dear Jackie, Thank you for your review. The Finca Julia is a house in a country style where you live idyllically and comfortably. The house is in a quiet location between orange plantations and about 2 km from Denia, so we recommend guests to rent a car and the bars and restaurants quickly to reach.

Beautiful house

It's a beautiful house, the garden and the pool area are lovely. The location is quite, yet in 5 minutes you are on the beach. The beds and the matresses are comfortable. All is great. There are only two misleading things on the photos I'd like to mention. Out of 4 available bedrooms, one is not accessible through the house and has a separate outside entrance. And one more bedroom is accessible only through a ladder (not stairs). It's something to keep in mind if you have children. But overall, we had a great holiday.

Thank you very much for your review, we are glad that you had a nice time with us. The bedroom with the separate entrance provides more privacy. Via a ladder in the open hallway you reach a loft overlooking the kitchen, where there is a double bed and a single couch. This area offers 3 additional sleeping possibilities. The gallery is especially popular with children.

Great stay

Great location everything is very green surrounding the finca. Lovely gardens and comfortable beds. All facilities you need are here which is reflected in the price. Warm weather and warm pool too. Couple of downsides: electricity is way to high, refused to pay €340 for the 2 weeks as that is twice what we pay at home for a month! Some of the facilities are tired and in need of updating, parasols, towels, cleaning is a bit hit and miss! Watch out for the gardener and pool guys as they turn up unannounced and let themselves in! Which is a breach of the tenancy agreement as this should be agreed by notification. Disappointing that 2 days after the pool guy cleaned the pool ( well poured 25kg of salt into it) I had to get the house manager to call him out again as there was green algae growing all around the inside of the pool walls! Just something for anyone to be aware of. Apart from these issues the stay was good

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Ein tolles und grosses Haus mit angenehm warmen Pool (Juli). Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, bis auf gelegentlichem Lärm vom Camp Sarone (hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört). Für Jugendliche ist die Lage nicht ideal, da (ohne Auto) zu weit vom Denia Zentrum entfernt. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut erholt.

El altillo en el techo no es un dormitorio como tal, sino que ofrece 3 posibilidades más para dormir. La Finca Julia tiene una ubicación idílica, lejos del ajetreo turístico del centro de la ciudad, pero aún así está situada en el centro. --- Thank you very much for your evaluation. The finca has an upscale equipment with almost all extras and can accommodate 6 people. The loft on the roof is not a bedroom per se, but offers 3 more sleeping possibilities. Precio cerrado…….

Cuando he alquilado cualquier otro sitio vas con el precio cerrado….. no cuando llegas a tu destino tienes que estar pagando lavandería, luz, limpieza…… no lo veo y encima sin pasar por la aplicación…… Vuelvo a repetir cuando cierras un precio está todo ya incluido.

sehr abgelegen

die Villa hat schon leider ihre besten Jahre hinter sich und somit renovierungsbedürftig . Die Katzen von der Umgebung nutzen das Grundstück der Villa als Katzentoilette und wir haben auch mehrmals Ratten im Garten gesehen. Wir konnten kaum auf der Terrasse sitzen da es sehr viele Mücken und blutsaugende kleine Fliegen gab. Poolwasser war schmutzig und trüb .

Liebe Mieter vielen lieben Dank für ihre Feedback.  Die Finca Julia ist eine Finca auf alt gemacht mit verschiedenen  Möbelstücke die extra per Hand angefertigt würden,  die Möbelstücke sind in guten Zustand  das macht die Finca Julia aus . Viele Kunden lieben dieses Stil.  Wir haben top Gärtner der ist 2 mal die Woche in Finca Julia und pflegt den Garten und Pool .Im  letzten Jahr wurde neu Pool gebaut  mit neu Pooltechnick . Wir achten sehr drauf das der Pool Himmelblaue bleibt . Bei 30 Grad im  Sommer kann schon passieren das der Pool trüb wird muss man sofort als Mieter Bescheid geben und das Problem wird dann gleich behoben. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Wir  haben 1000 qm Grundstück mit viele mediterrane Pflanzen und Palmen, mit 3 Parkplätzen auf dem Grundstück. Unsere Team und wir bemühen uns sehr um unsere Gäste. Liebe Grüße Julia Bartel

Stilvolles Ferien-Domizil

Ein tolles Haus mit allem, was man benötigt für den Urlaub. Stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ruhige Gegend und das Grundstück ist gut abgeschirmt gegen aussen, so dass man wirklich sehr viel Privatraum hat. Einziger Störfaktor war der Lärm vom Camp Sarone, welcher nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar ist von einem Heilsarmee Camp. Wir können die Finca Julia wirklich bestens empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca hinterließ bei uns einen guten Eindruck. In der großen Küche kann man gemeinsam gut kochen. Der Außengrill ist zwar nicht der neuste Standart, aber man kann gut damit grillen. Es hat eine weile gedauert die ganzen Lichtschalter für den Außenbereich und den Pool zu finden. Der Pool ansich ist einfach nur klasse. Sehr groß und warm. Er wird jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Sehr guter Service. Das einzig negative war der Zufahrtsweg. Viele Schlaglöcher und Bodenwellen. Da hats einen jedesmal durchgeschüttelt. An sonsten können wir diese Anlage nur weiter empfelen. Kleinigkeiten gibts immer zu finden und zu beanstanden. Aber mal ehrlich, wer will sich durch Kleinigkeiten seinen Urlaub ruinieren?

Die Finca Julia befindet sich in Torre Carrals, einem Stadtteil des beliebten spanischen Urlaubsortes Dénia. Der Stadtteil ist geprägt vom typisch mediterranen, dörflichen Flair. Abseits der touristischen Trubels der Kernstadt, liegt die idyllische Siedlung dennoch zentral: drei Kilometer bis zum nächsten herrlichen Sandstrand, drei Autominuten bis zur Autobahnauffahrt und rund zehn Minuten bis nach Dénia. Umgeben von Palmen, Zypressen und Orangenhainen, kommt hier sogleich Urlaubsstimmung auf. Da sich Spanien wirtschaftlich wieder erholt, hoffen wir das auch unsere Zufahrtsstrasse demnächst erneuert wird.

Schönes Ferienhaus aber es gibt um diesen Preis bessere

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus etwas abseits. Leider ging die Spülmaschine nach wenigen Tagen kaputt. Vermieter und Verwalterin haben sich aber vorbildlich gekümmert. Fenster in 1 Schlafzimmer nicht zu öffnen oder zu kippen. Die Sauberkeit der Außenanlage könnte besser sein. Pool ist Top von Größe und Zustand. Insgesamt ein schönes Anwesen, aber es gibt in Denia gleichwertige oder bessere für kleineres Geld.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten rund um zufrieden

Die Finca liegt ca. 10 min von Denia und 5 min. von La Xara entfernt. Sie ist nur über sehr schmale und teils sehr holprige Wege zu erreichen. Ansonsten macht die Finca und das Drumherum einen sehr guten Eindruck in der man gut Urlaub machen kann. Kühlschränke in ausreichender Anzahl sowie ein in die Jahre kommender Gasgrill gehörten zu den erwähnenswerten Ausstattungsmerkmalen. Was fehlt sind kippbare Fenster in einem Schlafzimmern, da kann selbst die installierte Klimaanlage nicht helfen. So wäre auch die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Dachflächenfenster wünschenswert gewesen. In unseren Augen wichtige Ausstattungsgegenstände, wie ein vernünftiger Sonnenschirm mit flexiblen Fuß am Pool, ein Netz für den Pool um mal selbst die Blätter und Blüten zu entfernen sowie ein Handfeger mit Kehrblech fanden wir leider nicht vor. Ansonsten muss man sagen, dass die Strände in der Region sehr schön und weitläufig sind und sich für einen abwechslungsreichen Badeurlaub mit langen Spaziergängen eignen. Denia selbst war nicht unsere Stadt, es fehlt an einer schönen Promenade mal abgesehen vom sehr großen Hafen, zum Bummeln stattdessen wird man erschlagen von Restaurants.

Liebe Gäste, wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen in unserer Finca Julia gefallen hat. Vielen Dank für Ihre Anregungen, die wir gerne aufgreifen. Ein neuer Gasgrill ist für die nächste Saison bestellt und das kippbare Fenster wird demnächst eingebaut. Wir hoffen Sie kommen wieder.

Chillen & Grillen - eine Woche mit Freunden

Wir waren sechs Freunde inkl. Kleinkind und hatten eine super tolle Woche! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder wirklich schön. Die meiste Zeit haben wir natürlich rund um den Pool verbracht. Die überdachte Sitz-Lounge war super zum chillen. Abends haben wir meistens den großen Gasgrill angeworfen. Einziges Manko, dass für alles ein Auto benötigt wird. Also, mal kurz in die Stadt laufen etc. ist nicht drin. Aber das haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen, da wir uns eine Woche lang rundum wohl gefühlt haben.

Super Urlaub in Denia

Die Finca Julia ist sehr gepflegt, super sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und das war richtig gut. Wir hatten einen Urlaub mit super Komfort, in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem (mit dem Auto) ist alles gut zu erreichen (Strand, Supermarkt und Stadt). Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch bestens organisiert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Finca Julia nur empfehlen. Shopping-Center "Las Marina" in Ondara lässt kein Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant "Republic" in Denia am Hafen ist super, gehobenen Küche und im Restaurant Danun (Centro Las Velas, F 170) kann man mittags sehr günstig essen und am Abend zu moderaten Preisen. Man spricht deutsch!! P.S. Es war das schönste, sauberste und bestausgestatteste Ferienhaus was wir je hatten :-)))) !

Finca Julia befinden sich in Torre Carrals, einem Stadtteil des beliebten spanischen Urlaubsortes Dénia. Der Stadtteil ist geprägt vom typisch mediterranen, dörflichen Flair. Abseits der touristischen Trubels der Kernstadt, liegt die idyllische Siedlung dennoch zentral: drei Kilometer bis zum nächsten herrlichen Sandstrand, drei Autominuten bis zur Autobahnauffahrt und rund zehn Minuten bis nach Dénia. Umgeben von Palmen, Zypressen und Orangenhainen, kommt hier sogleich Urlaubsstimmung auf.
