Large villa with lots of space and large pool (not heated), outdoor kitchen, sauna, basketball hoop and new jacuzzi

With air conditioning in all rooms, heating, indoor sauna, and parking for up to 4 cars, inside a new large bathtub with jacuzzi and outside a large pool with new jacuzzi!!!

Enjoy your holidays in Denia. You have sea and mountain views from the house. Only 5 minutes by car to the supermarket, restaurants and the beach

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service (except for rentals over 4 weeks). Likewise, 105 kw of electricity per week are free; beyond that, each kwh is charged at 0.40 EURO. In winter, the heating costs are exclusive and calculated according to consumption. Extras on request for a fee: bike rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people, paella evening, private masseur, etc. for a surcharge.

We also offer pick-up service for up to 6 people from the airport, talk to us.
