Summer Cottage located in the wonderful New Silver Beach community in Falmouth. Located just 1/3 of a mile to the beach at the end of the road, but yet close to amenities, restaurants, ferries and all that Falmouth has to offer. This summer getaway features 4 Bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half bath, Kitchen with breakfast bar and eating area, living room, enclosed front porch and private deck. The neighborhood features tennis and basketball courts, and harbor to launch boats.

Great cape cottage

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Kristine's place! Super close to the beach and tennis courts. Lovely, quiet neighborhood.
