We stayed here to attend the Bristol Nascar Race and it was perfect! Communication with Rhonda was great. Property was clean, well stocked and very comfortable for 4 adults. I personally clean my property and past reviews speak for themselves. Check in time is 4:00pm. Jerry repeatedly asked to check in at 12:00 pm. I had guest that had left at 11:00 am. I informed Jerry that the unit had to be cleaned, laundry washed and beds made before I could allow check in. I did allow them to check in at 3:30 once cleaning was finished. Jerry and his guest sat several hours at the end of the driveway waiting while I cleaned. Hollering and asking me was I finished as I would take trash out. They did keep my unit clean but were very rude while waiting after being told repeatedly I would let them know when the unit was ready.

Unfortunately we stayed here during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we live in Asheville. The place was great. Clean, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Abingdon. Would certainly come again. Maybe just to have the Gyro from Greeko's Grill & Cafe :)

This is a very comfortable and well-appointed town house conviently located minutes from the Barter Theatre, the Virginia Creeper Trail and fun places to hang out. We especially liked Wolf Hills Coffee and Tumbling Creek Taproom (cider!). Our host, Rhonda, was very nice and responsive. We had one lamp without a bulb and she brought a new one right over. She also brought salt for the steps when we mentioned they were slippery. We will definitely stay again.

This place was great for those needing a small place to stay. The house was tidy and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. This is situated in a nice location that’s not too far from surrounding places but you still get the home away from home feel. Would definitely recommend and to book again.
