About this property

Enjoy peace in the heart of the Chianti Classico

The lovingly restored, cozy apartment is part of a medieval castle.
The apartment is approx. 75m², has two bedrooms, a bright niche area and a spacious living-dining area with an integrated kitchen.
A cot is provided in the niche area for small children.

A terrace extends along the length of the apartment, which can be used by guests and from which one can see the hilly landscape down to the valley where the village of San Polo in Chianti is located.

On the terrace, which is shady from early evening, you can end the day exploring the surrounding area.

If you are on holiday with children in summer, a paddling pool can be placed on the terrace if you wish.
In the summer months, a visit to the nearby swimming pools is recommended.

In San Polo there is a supermarket for daily needs, as well as a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant. The village can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Ideal zum Ausspannen und Seele baumeln lassen, fern von Hektik und touristischem Treiben. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Greve, Florenz, Figline oder zu zahlreichen Weingütern im Chianti Classico-Gebiet. Empfehlung: Restaurant Sotto l‘arco in San Polo mit tollem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Fabuleuses vacances

Le site est déjà fabuleux :la carte postale de la campagne Toscane. Le logement est neuf, entièrement refait au goût du jour en gardant le charme de l ancien, très bien équipé, literie impeccable (c est important), et au calme. Quant à l accueil: exceptionnel. Alessandro à tout prévu pour votre arrivée. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés

Prachtig uitzicht

Prettig en gastvrij ontvangen met producten van het land. De weg ernaar toe is bochtig en steil maar dan kom je op een prachtig gelegen plek en heel mooi huis. Mooier dan we verwachtten met eigen terras.

La vera vacanza in Campagna...in un vero Casolare

Quattro giorni Stupendi in un atmosfera di tranquillità, pace aria pulita, al contrario di altre strutture da noi visitate qui sembra di arrivare a casa di amici di campagna dove ti trovi subito a tuo agio, tutto è ordinato ma rigorosamente mantenuto nello stile reale...una delle migliori posizione per stare a contatto con la natura..immersi nella campagna del Chianti a pochi minuti da Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano...Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione ordinato e con tutti i confort corredato da un ampio terrazzo dove si può ammirare la Campagna...il sorgere e il tramonto del sole, ottimo anche per chi come noi possiede un piccolo cane, grazie all'immenso terrazzo esso può stare al sicuro e libero di girare, la posizione del casolare permette di fare ottime escursioni nei boschi circostanti, visitare i terreni coltivati ad olivi e gli ampi vigneti...la mattina si viene risvegliati dai classici suoni della natura o dagli animali domestici del vicinato, a tarda sera se si è fortunati possiamo vedere o incontrare la fauna selvatica (cinghiali, caprioli, Cervi)....insomma "Casa Ursula" in Mezzalle è il posto ideale per rilassarsi godere della natura, uno dei pochi luoghi dove ancora si può vivere ed immaginare come era la vita di campagna tanti anni fa....ben messo per visitare l'arte, la storia che Firenze e dintorni offrono...Vogliamo ringraziare Clea di averci dato questa possibilità di passare giorni semplici ma stupendi lontani da stress rumori, caos, un grazie anche a Sandro e Silvia per l'ospitalità e la cortesia ricevuta....torneremo sicuramente presto.
