Welcome home. I hope you enjoy your stay at this awesome place!
Fully renovated late 2018. Location is incredibly near Major highways/interstates like I-285, I-20 & I-75 I-85. Minutes from Downtown/Midtown and ATL airports. Major Atlanta Hospitals are only a few miles away. .

House features, granite counter-tops, Custom kitchen and bathroom, SS appliances, washer/dryer combo, fully furnished, private backyard. Deck/porch off the bedroom.

Force air and heat. Plenty windows for natural sun light.

Whole unit for $1,800.00 per month.

House Rules:
No smoking of any kind - including but not limited to pots, E-cigarettes, cigarettes, Vaping etc. . . No pets, No Parties. No loud music

TV provided in bedroom and living room

All utilities included with monthly rent.

Private parking space adjacent to home.

This is a duplex. Each side is rented separately. Unit A has grey sofa. Unit B have a sectional. Please let me know which you like to rent. Each unit has its parking and backyard.
