Located at the entrance to the Faubourg Olympique, one minute from the bottom of the mountain of Mont Saint-Anne, it’s the ideal place for a weekend of skiing with friends, a Christmas with the family, a off-site shoulder between colleagues, or a training camp between teammates. Perfectly equipped, everything is there to have a good time with the people you love!

SILVA is perfect for groups of up to 12 people and its large dining room, which can accommodate 12 people, is the perfect choice for your group receptions.

The house itself was nice & clean. We appreciated all the hooks in the bathrooms & bedrooms. We could not figure out the AC in the first bedroom on the first floor. It got pretty hot at night with the door closed. It would be nice to have another set of towels for everyone instead of only one towel per person. The reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the hot tub was dirty & took 2 whole days to heat up to 100 degrees so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The control panel also said it required maintenance. I reached out to management, but they were not helpful in their response. Based on the listing in VrBo, we thought there was an outside pool available. The outside pool is only available during the winter & the inside pool was not great. The hot tub & outdoor pool played a large part in choosing this rental. We were disappointed neither of them worked out.
