During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.

Our staff will provide you with:

-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information.

Vacay

Check-in is 4 PM and the front desk leaves at 4 PM. Make that make sense. The person who is supposed to help is gone by the time you get there. There were a few things “off” (cheap motel room)with the room but the property was pretty nice and location was good. My family stayed in a bigger room that was really nice. If I was to come back to this location, I probably wouldn’t want to stay in this room.

Thanks for your review! Our desk is open from 9am - 5pm each day. We send check in information prior to 4pm each day. We do not require our guests to come to the front desk to check in but we do offer it as a service. Thank you!

Filthy and stinky

I sent a message before arrival asking if the bedding was feather free (I’m allergic) and hot no response. We reserved the space for 3 days. When we walked into the room, we were hit with the stench of cigarette smoke (I have allergies and a respiratory condition).The carpet was filthy, the sofa had stains all over it, and there were stains on the walls. I wouldn’t let my child walk on the carpet without shoes on. I put sheets in the sofa just we could sit on it. I cleaned some of the stains off the walls myself. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with the owners. The front desk staff were not helpful and refused to assist as the unit was not owned by them and the cleaning staff would not be in until the next day and there were no rooms to switch us to. After the first night on the saggy, lumpy mattress, we were contacted by the cleaning staff. They offered to change the bedding and spray air freshener (to fix the smoke issue). We informed them that while it was a nice gesture, it wouldn’t fix the problem. We also showed him the disgusting carpet, walls, and sofa. He took photos and said he would inform the owners. We were stuck in this room bc the property was full and we could NOT get ahold of the owner to see if they had a different property we could move to. It was a terrible experience and quite expensive. Don’t believe the photos.
