Step outside to a south-facing, screened-in balcony with gorgeous third-floor water views, the perfect space to watch Florida sunsets. The spacious master suite contains an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct balcony access. This amazing gated community has so many amenities for you and your family to enjoy, including a clubhouse, fitness center, multiple community swimming pools, spa, sand beach, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, paved nature trails, restaurant & bar, and a full-sized fishing dock on Lake Davenport. This fantastic condo is close to all the Orlando theme park attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Perfect for a short-term rental or a relaxing vacation home. Set 9 miles from Walt Disney World, this relaxed lakeside resort is also 17 miles from SeaWorld. This serene 3-bedroom villa features free Wi-Fi, private balconies and pull-out sofas. It has a full kitchen and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. Amenities include 4 outdoor pools, a sports court and a children's play area. There are also 2 restaurants and a grocery store, as well as a fitness center, a lakeside beach and a fishing dock. A business center and meeting facilities are available.
The popular Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar is great for breakfast before the parks, lunch as you take time out from around the pool or for that hassle free and great value evening dining. And, Margarita's Poolside Bar provides great cocktails and snacks throughout the day with a full bar service to cater for those hot days relaxing by the pool.

Please note: This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Bahama Bay Stay

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this property and we love it. The only down side is it is on the 3rd floor as we are both in our 70's it gets a little tiring climbing the stairs but good workout. We tried to book for 2024 but dates were not available

Stunning condo

This condo was absolutely stunning. The master suite took up the whole one side of the condo. And the other two bedrooms had a matching bath just as big as the master bathroom was it was absolutely beautiful. Three individual patios, one large patio that overlooked the trees and the fountain in the lake. Also great view of the clubhouse across the way. When we did have the contact the owner they responded almost immediately.. I will definitely be planning on coming back to this same condo as it was stunningly beautiful and the views were spectacular. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy your unit for 12 days.

Spacious, clean Apartment, great stay

Bahama Bay Resort is a wonderful place. We enjoyed the parks and relaxed the next day at the resort. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a couple of weeks vacation. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and so much more. It is very spacious, I loved the cosy clean carpet to relax your feet after hours of walking. The fridge has ice and filtered water. That is a great plus in Florida. You can't overlook the lake anymore, like you would think in the first picture. The trees have grown big now. But it still has a wonderful view and you can watch squirrels all day. Communication and Check in with Code went well. We had a fantastic stay and I definetely recommend this place.

Beautiful home and resort!

We've just returned from a stay here as a family...we loved the home and resort. It's beautifully decorated and we felt at home straight away and most of all, it's huge!!! My youngest was very impressed with his Star Wars themed room and the master suite was impressive. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need (and more). The condo is in a great location on the resort just across the road from one pool/restaurant and the beach and lake whilst overlooking a smaller lake...we could view the gators in there from the balcony. The other pool is just the other side. The resort itself we found beautifully quiet whilst still being lively around the pool areas. Barely heard any noise from neighbours. The only downside was the restaurant. We ate here one night and the service was slow and food very mediocre for the price. Overall we had a fantastic time here and didn't want to leave!
