The space
Beautifully appointed open concept, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home directly on the intracoastal waterway. Private courtyard swimming pool with lush, tropical landscaping. Absolutely stunning space, with great water views from every room. House has dock and lift for boaters. A delight for the host in all of us with a gourmet kitchen, wet bar and formal dining area with water views. This cozy and relaxing space is just across the intra-coastal bridge from the Ritz Carlton (now called Eau) in famous Manalapan, which is at the ocean.

4BR/3.5BA Mediterranean pool home directly on the intracoastal waterway! The private dock has electricity and water in addition to a 50' boat lift. The property is conveniently located on 48' of sandy intracoastal beach. The courtyard-style pool is very private.

The Gourmet Kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel top of the line appliances, double wall oven and island stove top. The fully equipped granite wet bar is flanked by both the formal dining room and living room which has a natural wood-burning fireplace.

The luxuriously spacious master suite nests above the ground floor with a covered balcony overlooking the gorgeous intracoastal waterway. The natural marble master bath boasts dual 6-jet spa shower. There is also a laundry room available..

The Majestic vaulted ceilings with 2 floors of picture windows facing south fills the open floor plan with fabulous delicious sunlight! A true getaway from it all...a haven to relax and put your legs up and breathe in the peace and tranquility of the soothing marine air - a special home away from home!

Monica and Leonardo were perfect hosts. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor space was lovely with lots of birds, a sandy beach, and a heated pool. The ocean beach was a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay.

Heavenly Getaway

Beautiful property inside and out. Relaxed in the paradise of flowers, greenery, water, sand and sun. Enjoyed the daily aromas from the vegetable gardens. The kids loved the beach and all of the water activities including boating, fishing and paddle boarding. A favorite memory for all is the fire on the beach. The views are gorgeous even on a rainy day. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even made sure we had groceries for a morning breakfast as our flight got in so late. The details in this home are evidence of its love and care.

It is a beautiful property that is well maintained. Monica and Leo were great hosts providing a warm welcome and suggestions for things to do with the children. The pool and spa were toasty warm. It is walking distance to the beach, several good restaurants, a Publix, and a nice park for the children. Monica and Leo were responsive and helpful to any questions we had. I can't think of anything I would ask for that wasn't handy or provided. Thank you very much to our hosts. Bill Findeisen
