Cozy and Convenient

This was the perfect sized space for my husband and I. Everything we needed for our few days in Munich and the location was convenient to everything. Host was extremely responsive to communications. Would stay again.

Excellent stay with easy access to all of Munich

Albert's place was very clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which can get you everywhere in Munich. We purchased a multi-day pass that gave us unlimited bus/train service while we were there. Albert greeted us upon arrival, although he also offered a self service option if needed. We highly recommend his place for 1 or 2 people.

Wirklich ruhig in schöner Siedlung, gute Anbindungen, schönes Zimmer, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Bäcker in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erteichbar. Netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Problemloses einchecken, Parkplatz vorhanden. Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster, also keine Mücken oder Fliegenplage, was ich sehr wichtig finde. Wir konnten die Abendsonne im Garten genießen! Es stehen hohe Bäume vor den Fenstern, das macht die Zimmer etwas dunkel, aber dafür gibt es reichlich Lampen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der tollen und sehr gepflegten Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhandenen, was man benötigt in einer sehr angenehmen Wohngegend. Die Innenstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ohne Umstände gut zu erreichen. Eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vernietern, wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Klein, aber fein.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, ruhige Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglickkeiten gut erreichbar. Gastronomie etwas dürftig in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Busse fahren aber bis spät abends regelmäßig. Mahlzeiten warm machen ist kein Problem, ausgiebiges Kochen erfordert aber schon ein wenig Geschick. Gerne wieder.

München von seiner erholsamen Seite

Wir wurden ganz herzlich von unseren Gastgebern begrüßt und es war alles vorhanden. Ganz besonders in Erinnerung werden wir die Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Garten behalten. Wenn wir wieder nach MUC reisen, wissen wir, wo wir wohnen würden - bei Familie Müller. Danke.

Einfach nur toll!!

Familie Müller nahm mir den Druck der genauen Anreisezeit, da vor Ort der Schlüssel sicher hinterlegt war. Das fand ich sehr angenehm. Ich kam zu einer Zeit an, in der ich die Vermieter antraf und wurde freundlich begrüßt und auf mein Einverständnis hin mit wichtigen Infos (wo ist die Bushaltestelle, welches Ticket kaufe ich am besten usw.) informiert. Der Aufenthalt gestaltete sich als sehr angenehm! Ich hatte super Wetter und durfte draußen unterm Sonnenschirm an meinem eigenen Gartentisch sitzen und in den schönen Garten gucken. Da ich fast jeden Tag mit dem Auto gefahren bin, war ich begeistert jeden Tag einen Parkplatz in der Straße zu bekommen (ich war 10 Tage da). Zum Aus- und Einladen durfte ich auch genau vor der Wohnung bzw. Einfahrt parken :-) Die Bushaltestelle ist 350 m von der Wohnung entfernt, also wirklich nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg. An zwei Tagen bin ich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren und es hat super funktioniert! In der Wohnung ist alles was man zu zweit in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, sollte etwas fehlen ist die Familie Müller freundlich und hilft weiter. Ich bin sehr begeistert von der Wohnung die sich als größer herausstellte als sie auf den Bildern aussah und die im Erdgeschoß ist. Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :-)
