An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with lounge and TV. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. You have access to the 5 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Das Haus liegt zentral und doch ...

Das Haus liegt zentral und doch versteckt. Man kann sehr schön im kleinen Garten sitzen. Na klar ist es einfach ausgestattet, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht zu schlagen. Wir waren drei Motorradfahrer, die zu einem Festival in Medulin gefahren sind. Der kleine Supermarkt um die Ecke ist sehr praktisch und die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
