Lovely Break

Lovely property with very attentive host swimming pool, table tennis table and bikes all inclusive with the property .Very near beautiful beaches. However equipment in house is lacking some essentials like coffee cafetière toaster and kettle there is a Dolce Gusto type machine But all in all we had a good time

The house itself was excellent though the wifi was not the best and the sofas were a little uncomfortable. There was quite a large external area with a well appointed pool and a fixed BBQ and easily room for three cars. We asked Juan for a kettle and a few minutes later he delivered one (there was also a coffee maker.) The AC was not working but as soon as Juan could get hold of the technician it was fixed. The area was very peaceful.

La casa está bien, es amplia por dentro, los colchones un poco incómodos. El patio es amplio, para mí gusto le falta sombra, ya que solo tiene un porche a la entrada de la casa. La piscina está bien y lo que nos ha incomodado bastante es la cantidad de hormigas que había en la casa y por fuera.

Nur bedingt…

Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung und der Bilder im Angebot. Mit dem Auto, von Málaga kommend, ist das Grundstück ohne fremde Hilfe nicht zu finden. Nach einer Irrfahrt endlich angekommen stellten wir fest, dass es im Haus sehr kalt und feucht war. Scheinbar war das Haus mehrere Wochen unbewohnt. Der sehr hilfsbereite Alfonso musste die feuchte Bettwäsche austauschen und uns zusätzliche Decken bringen. Wir hatten anfänglich sehr schlechtes Wetter. Um uns einigermaßen im Haus aufhalten zu können brachte uns Alfonso eine Radiatorheizung, aber auch diese Aktion hat das Haus nicht entscheidend warm gemacht. In den folgenden Tagen erkundeten wir die Gegend, denn ein Aufenthalt in der Anlage wurde durch das ewige Bellen der Hunde aus der direkten Nachbarschaft unmöglich. Als das Wetter besser wurde hätten wir uns gerne am Haus aufgehalten aber die Hunde ließen keine Ruhe zu. Wer sich daran nicht stört, kann durchaus dort seine Zeit verbringen, denn an sich ist die Anlage sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer sicher besser nutzbar als in der kalten Jahreszeit. Nachdem wir uns mit den Widrigkeiten abgefunden haben, wurde unser Aufenthalt, nach und nach, doch noch sehr schön. Der uns betreuende Alfonso war sehr nett und, obwohl er nur spanisch spricht, haben wir uns gut verstanden. Er hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt, jedoch das Bellen der Hunde konnte auch er nicht abschaffen. Summarum, eben nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft/Garten selbst ist einfach aber gut. Leider waren die angegeben Mehrwerte nicht wirklich nutzbar: die Liegen waren alle mehrfach gebrochen, die Fahrräder verrostet, mit kaputten Sätteln und zu klein, die Tischtennisplatte brach beim ersten Berühren umgehend zusammen, im Geschirrspüler waren die Einschübe total verrostet. Die Liegen und Sättel sowie die Einschübe wurden nach einigen Aufforderungen ausgetauscht. Die Tischtennisplatte (entsorgt) sowie die Fahrräder (zu klein) waren für uns nicht nutzbar. Besonders störend jedoch, waren die Tag und Nacht bellenden und jaulende Hunde in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Weder die persönliche Ansprache, noch die Ansprache durch den Vermieter konnten Abhilfe schaffen. Gemeint ist hier nicht ein gelegentliches Bellen, wie es in ländlicher Umgebung vorkommt sondern ein permanentestes Anschlagen. Diese beiden Punkte haben uns veranlasst die Agentur Casa Conil mehrfach um eine Lösung, dann um einen Objektwechsel zu bitten. Am Ende bestand das Angebot der Agentur darin, gegen volle Zahlung - also noch einmal für die verbleibende Zeit voll zusätzlich zu bezahlen.

es tut uns sehr leid - wir haben uns zusammen mit den Vermietern bemüht, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen. Teilweise gelang das auch (neue Fahrradsättel usw) aber trotz mehrfacher Rücksprache mit den Eigentümern der Hunde gelang es nur, zeitweise für Ruhe zu sorgen.

Schöne Unterkunft, leider etwas laut.

Herzlich wurden wir empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist gut. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Viele, vor allem viele kleine Hunde sind in den Nachbarhauser. Sie bellen gern und stundenlang, natürlich auch in der Nacht. Wir lieben Hunde, doch die Quietschgeräusche der kleinen Hunde waren mitunter unerträglich. Das trübte und nicht die Unterkunft oder der Vermieter das Wohlbefinden.

Alles super

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Der Kamin ist so gemütlich und der Pool im Sommer sicherlich ein echter Vorteil. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung war etwas sporadisch. Salz, Pfeffer, Spültabs und vorallem ein großes Schneidebrett hätte uns sehr gefreut. Auch die Bettdecken sind im Winter etwas dünn. Aber das waren nur geringfügige Punkte. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
