House and property were great. We would recommend a ladder for dock to be able to get out of water easier. Additional chairs on lower patio would be nice to enjoy the view from both levels also. Still had a great time and will look to return.

Waterfront Family Fun in Dayton, TN

My MIL's family is from Dayton, so we visit once every year or two to reconnect with extended family. This place is perfect for gathering and entertaining! The adults visited on the back deck while the kids fished and swam. When we got a pop-up rain shower, we moved to the screen porch.Everyone had a blast! This was the best fishing trip! The house was great!, We were able to park 2 trucks and boat trailers on the property and leave our boats in the water, tied to the dock. Great Stay for Fishing Trip!

Plenty of space to spread out! This house is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We didn't want to leave! The location was perfect for us, close to town & the boat launch. The property owner was great. Dayton is a cute & friendly town. We will be back in the future to fish this lake again, and we will absolutely be sure to book this rental when we return. The location was great. The house could use some tlc (torn screens, cracked window) but overall it was cute and as advertised. The only negative would be the beds. They are basically just mattresses on wire frames and offer no support.

Experience Gift

We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10! They want to come back again some time in the future! Here's just a couple of photos of the boys, fishing off the dock and hanging out on the boat on a beautiful lake!
