Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass die kurzfristige Heimat etwas abgelegen liegt, dafür aber umso schöner und Naturreicher ist. Es gibt schon vom Balkon der 1. Etage aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht und kann je nach Wetter auch weit auf den lago maggiore blicken. Man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten, aber kann sich trotzdem über eine echt Super-Ausstattung freuen.

Haus am Hang

Das Haus hat vier Schlafzimmer, ist ausreichend ausgestattet und liegt idyllisch am Berghang in einem kleinen Ort. Angenehmer Garten, Zugang zu schönen Wanderrouten, Viertelstunde Fahrt zum See über enge und verwinkelte Straßen. Leider bei Ankunft weder Verwalterin vor Ort, noch die bestellte Bettwäsche, sondern erst einen Tag später. Ansonsten gut geeignet für Gruppe oder zwei Familien. Trinkwasserquelle in Laufweite; praktisch, wenn man den Plastikflaschenverbrauch einschränken möchte.

Villa Leopoldina, Premeno

Dieses Ferienhaus ist eine einzige Katastrophe! Das beginnt schon, bevor man das Grundstück betritt. Ein Schild weißt darauf hin, dass man das Auto nicht auf dem Grundstück abstellen darf – WARUM???: Fährt man vielleicht etwas kaputt? Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist altmodisch, aber das wussten wir von den Bildern und störte uns nicht. Aber dass man einzelne Räume nicht betreten darf oder soll da sie teilweise verschlossen waren war für uns ein Novum. Ebenso neu war für uns das verschiedene Möbelstücke abgeschlossen waren. Sind denn einfache Weingläser in einer Vitrine so wertvoll? - Spiegel in Schranktür stockfleckig - Schrank mit Decken voll = nicht benutzbar - 2 von 5 Toilettenbrillen lose - kleiner TV-Monitor ca, 70cm = nicht zeitgemäß und keine deutschen Sender - Steinplatten im Garten lose = Stolperfallen - Backofen fettig - Kaminofen nicht gereinigt - keine Bedienungsanleitung für Geschirrspüler - Gefrierfach nicht abgetaut, Inhalt leere Eisverpackungen - Müll im Garten - kaputtes Fahrrad unter Büschen vom Fenster aus zu sehen - alte Paletten liegen herum - alte, undichte Fenster, durch Spalt kann an durchsehen - gesamtes Grundstück ungepflegt und verwildert - moderne Küche aber teilweise alte und zusammengewürfelte Bestecke, ebenso alte, wackelige Töpfe und Pfannen - wie umständlich: zum Anschalten der Heizung muß ein Monteur gerufen werden - angenehm überrascht war ich das überall Toilettenpapier vorhanden war Das sind Zustände, die wir bisher in keinem anderen Ferienhaus erlebt haben, egal ob in Italien, Holland, Frankreich, Dänemark, Österreich oder Serbien.
