The tastefully furnished, approx. 80 m² large 3 ½-room apartment is located in the 2nd and thus penultimate floor of a 9-family house about 50 meters from the Hapimag residence. Due to the central yet quiet and sunny location in the heart of Cannero, the apartment offers an excellent base for a relaxing holiday. Shops for daily needs are within easy walking distance. In about 200 meters away there is the beautiful, free public beach and the beautiful lakeside promenade with inviting cafes, restaurants, bars and the passenger ferry, which runs regularly on the lake and carries you almost everywhere, z. One of the famous weekly markets in Luino, Cannobio or Verbania. Here, the water offers beautiful views of the mountains, meadows and villages. In spring, the place sinks into a sea of camellia and invites you to stroll. In addition to the prime location are still the ideal floor plan and the amenities with free wireless Internet access, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and freezer to emphasize.
