Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mittelmäßig, aber mit der Verwalterin super. Somit verlief der check-in ebenfalls problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet auch mit wlan. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Lediglich die Matratze vom zweiten Schlafzimmer und dem Ausziehbett müsste mal getauscht werden.

Schöne Wohnung mit Unannehmlichkeiten

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Aber der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nur mit einem Trick, es gibt keinen Zweitschlüssel und kein WLAN. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin war schlecht.

Bella Vista auf den Lago!!!

Die gepflegte Ferienwohnung liegt am Hang oberhalb von Maccagno in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage („Residenza Panorama“) mit Gemeinschaftsgarten und Gemeinschaftspool. Von der sehr großen Terrasse mit - Liegen, Sitzgruppe und Grill vorhanden - hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf den Lago! Besser geht es wirklich nicht! Um die Aussicht genießen zu können, muss man etwas „investieren“: Anfahrt über Serpentinen von Maccagno auf enger Straße; auch das Parken in der Hanglage ist nicht ganz leicht, steile Treppen vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine schöne Urlaubswoche braucht (kein WLAN, Moskitogitter in den Schlafzimmern wären sinnvoll). Die Info-Mappe in der Wohnung ist sehr gut geführt und enthält sogar Ausflugstipps. Unser schönster Ausflug: Mit dem Schiff von Maccagno nach Cannero, Höhenweg von Cannero nach Cannobio über die alten Dörfer Carmine Superiore und Molineggi, Einkehr in der Trattoria Cannobio da Ale und Vale, Rückfahrt mit dem Schiff nach Maccagno.
