This house is for those who appreciate History and want to be right between Amagansett and East Hampton with easy access to beautiful ocean beaches. The house has been updated with mod cons and was ideal for our family with three teenagers as there are three separate spaces. The house manager and the owners were wonderful and so helpful. We were so lucky to spend all of July 2019 in their house!

Excellent location, cute farm house
My husband and I loved renting this house for the month of June as it was conveniently located to both Amagansett and East Hampton, and just a short drive or bike ride to the beach, which made things easy with little kids. The house is nice for multiple couples as the 'guest house' and 'pool house' are separated from the main house, giving everyone privacy, though if you are a big family, it splits you up a bit, though the large pool area is great for congregating.
Equally, Eva was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, sharing tips on the area and answering any questions or needs very quickly.
We really enjoyed staying here. I love old farmhouses with character where I can still enjoy all the modern conveniences. Having 3 separate areas for friends and family to have their own private space was great. The pool area was a real treat - plenty of tables and chairs to eat at or lounge in and lots of pool accessories to use like floats and noodles. The location of the house is also a plus. There are restaurants nearby to walk to and the beach was an easy walk (unless you're carrying lots of stuff). This house is perfect for a small family gathering - cozy and quaint.

Pleasant stay and convenient to main roads
This past August was fun, staying at Eva's house.
The house has a wonderful pool and a separate pool house with extra beds for the teens. The pool is South facing so there was plenty of sunshine most of the day. Very convenient to ocean beach and getting to towns of East Hampton, Montauk and Amagansett. The pool and garden people were on time each week and Eva was available for any questions- excellent communication.
I would recommend this house for families who want to enjoy the pool and BBQ area as well as bike to the beach. The house was very comfortable and perfect for its location.

We have been owners in he Hamptons for over 20 years. This property is very special and spacious. We love the charm of the authentic farm house. The location is amazing. So easy to get everywhere, and just a little over a mile to the most beuatiful Ocean beach. Easy access to back roads to avoid heavy traffic from village to village. As a host, I have experience in working with some of the best luxury international properties which is my inspiration in offering an excellent rental property that is well located, charming, and well equipped. Enjoy! What a perfect Summer getaway neaer the sea!!!
Why they chose this property
Our property is south of the highway and walking distance to the ocean. Location Location Location!! Gated and fenced for a perfect vacation and privacy. We love to be located so we can walk to the ocean (just under a mile to Two Mile Hollow gorgeous beach,) walk to EH town (1.2 miles) and easy to drive everywhere. We are located on the main road 27 - so if you have young children - although it is gated and lovely, we think it is an important detail to know.

Our property is unique because it offers special features, from being charming and cozy, and a great location, guests can enjoy a unit with it s own kitchen with a separate entrance, and a great out door space. And being so close to the ocean beach Two Mile Hollow beach is fantastic. Walking 20 minutes!
