The apartment has a size of approx. 100 square meters and is handed over to our guests with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. In the parking deck are the paid, locked and covered parking spaces for your car (€ 10 per day / night). The city of Bad Neuenahr charges a tourist tax per guest per night. H. V. 2.50 € raised. This is payable on arrival.

Our spacious apartments in the city center of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in the Ahr Valley invite you to relax and enjoy. With the in-house elevator you can access the apartments on the 1st Reach the top floor of the property comfortably and barrier-free. The glass bay window appeals to sunbathing all day long with its southwest design. With bedrooms, two bathrooms and a “loft-like” living area with an integrated fitted kitchen, the apartment is ideal for an occupancy of four people.

For more guests, the full-fledged sleeping system, which is integrated in the living room sofa, offers two more overnight accommodations. The bed in the main bedroom has a size of 180cm x 200cm, the bed in the secondary bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area have a size of 160cm x 200cm. The bathrooms are each equipped with a glazed and walk-in shower cubicle, as well as a sink and toilet. In addition, the main bathroom offers a bathtub with towel heating and there is also a urinal in the guest bathroom.

Our apartments are handed over to our guests with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. We also attach great importance to family friendliness and will be happy to provide you with a cot or high chair if available. Pets are only allowed after consultation. The spa guest cards with attractive benefits and offers are available when you hand over the keys at the Hotel Mietz, which is located across the street.
