The Space:
Enjoy an oceanfront getaway in 219 at D Sands! This 2nd floor condo offers unbeatable ocean views from the living room and balcony, and it can accommodate up to 6 people. Sleep like a King in the bedroom, or let the soothing sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep on the living room's queen bed or sleeper sofa. There's also a full kitchen for your convenience! Go and explore the surrounding town, or use the beach access for a day on the sand. The HOA provides great Wi-Fi and cable. Book today!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We loved the view from our room, being able to listen to the ocean was great. The condo was tidy, but not super clean.

Amazing view! Perfect for our family.

We enjoyed the view from the lanai, and the sound of the ocean waves crashing. We pretty much had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, also.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this condo. I really appreciated how clean it was, including the balcony. Interaction with the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and quick to assist. We will be back!

Wonderful on the beach!

Everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and ready. No problems checking in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were fine. I loved the view of the beach every day. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We arrived late Friday night and stayed through Sunday. The hotel has a great location right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. The room was clean and smelled nice. The beds and pillows we're comfortable. It was a little outdated but it's a beach condo, it comes with the territory. My husband and I said that that is our new spot and we will stay at D Sands from now on when in Lincoln city.

Overall, a nice place to stay. There were some issues: the door lock access code did not work when we arrived. Thankfully, it was 6:58 and we managed to get to the office just before they closed. The 2 deck chairs were broken and could not be safely used; the tv in the bedroom was also broken. They were all eventually replaced 2 days later.

Over priced for what you got. They were doing remodeling/construction the whole time we were there. Load, garbage every where, we will never stay there again Very disappointed

Dear Daniel, We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or disturbance caused by the unexpected roofing work taking place over the weekend. The roofing company hired by the HOA made the decision to work on the weekend without prior notification to us, which may have resulted in a disruption to your stay. We genuinely had no knowledge or anticipation of this situation as it deviates from the pattern of previous weeks, and we were only made aware of the issue when we arrived this morning to find them already working. Furthermore, we are deeply sorry that the roofing company has disregarded our requests by beginning work before 9 a.m., which violates the noise ordinance. We understand that this may have created additional frustration and inconvenience for you, and we regret not being able to address the issue more promptly. Had we been aware of the roofing company's plan to work on the weekend and violate the noise ordinance, we would have taken immediate action to address the situation and minimize any impact on your experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for failing to anticipate and communicate this matter to you in advance. We greatly value your satisfaction and comfort, and we assure you that we are taking this incident seriously. We have reached out to the HOA to express our frustrations and ensure better communication in the future to prevent such occurrences. Once again, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by the roofing work. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this unexpected situation. Little cleaning please

Overall ok had to ask housekeeping to come back to clean food off couch. Parking area outside was disgusting! garbage, litter ,stairs were gross and dirty

Mark, thanks for your review of unit 219, Whale of Fortune, our King Suite with Fireplace and fully stocked kitchen. D Sands Rentals is known for the cleanliness of our rooms; we are disheartened to hear our housekeeping missed wiping down the sofa. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to correct that. Managing the parking lot and stairs is a continuous task, paired with the wind and the busy weekend, we had to prioritize trash and other maintenance over the lot. The views are great from all of our rooms and our property's location in Lincoln City is central to shops, food and fun in town or a day trip away to Newport or Pacific City. We hope to host another stay for you soon.

very much enjoyed

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. Wonderful view, right on the beach. One of the first things we noticed was that the windows looking out over the beach were clean. We've been to other places where the windows were terribly dirty. The condo was very clean except the top of the refrigerator was not clean and the inside of the refrigerator smelled a little fishy. Our communication with the management was very satisfactory all the way along. We were impressed by their responsiveness. We're hoping to come back again!
