Never Winter Beachfront 3 Bedroom House with Private pool

Never Winter is a beachfront home on the calm north shore in a small private community (Milton Point). World class snorkeling/diving on the world's second largest barrier reef at your doorstep. This is the relaxing beach vacation you have been waiting for! Stay and play at Never Winter Playa and make lasting memories with your group of family/friends.

This recently remodeled and modernized 3 bedroom beach house with all the essentials. Private pool, Full kitchen and outdoor grill. You are only steps from the water! We have 4 stand up paddle boards, 2 person kayak and snorkel equipment available for you to use any time. There is a plunge pool, private palapa, dock, and fire pit with plenty of seating and hammock hangout area on property for your enjoyment. We have a beautiful white sand beach and swimming area that is maintained daily. Available for this home is a full outside bathroom so that you can shower off after spending the day on the beach before you head up to the house. Lots of lounging space on the screened in porch.

If you have a bigger group we have the beach front Casita that is also available to rent at an additional price. This Casita will be blocked out also if you rent the main house so that you are the only one on the property.

Car rental is highly recommended (we can suggest a local car rental company that is affordable). Round trip airport transportation can be arranged for an additional fee (with a stop at the grocery store on the way to the property). We are a 15 minute drive to the nearest town of French Harbour that has a grocery store and restaurants. We are 25-30 min from Coxen Hole where the airport and cruise ports are. And then about 60 min drive from West End.

Property Managers available 24/7 and Concierge Service

Electricity in Roatan is about .43cents per KW, we have put an electricity fee for the booking however if you go over we will have to charge the extra, (We have a nice breeze most of the time). No smoking please.

Never Winter was a spectacular piece of property. Tranquil, quiet, and safe. Gail was helpful since we booked months ago helping us plan our days here. Arnold was always hard at work keeping the property pristine and always willing to help us and answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

We reserved this beautiful beachfront house for a week in July. What you see on the pictures are exactly what you will get and even better. The view is absolutely beautiful. The private dock, the private pool, the fire pit, the BBQ. Everything was perfect, Arnold take care of everything and is always ready to help you.That was a perfect vacation for my family and me. Thank you for everything, we will come back for sure.

Never Winter was absolutely amazing! The property, the views, the food, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place for our getaway. A huge thank you to our host for making us feel so welcome and helping make our stay so special.A special thank you to Arnold, the groundskeeper, who was always so friendly and even opened fresh coconuts for us. And Ever, our wonderful driver, made getting around the island easy and enjoyable. He was always kind, helpful, and made us feel like we were in good hands.We loved every minute of our stay. Not a single sunrise or sunset went unnoticed—each one seemed to put on its own little show just for us. And, of course, what’s a tropical getaway without a ridiculous supply of tiny cocktail umbrellas? Our little umbrellas made their way into our poolside days and became part of the fun and memories we’ll take home with us.Never Winter truly felt like a little piece of paradise, and we’ll always cherish the time we spent there.

Gorgeous home directly on the water with amazing views. The grounds keeper, Arnold is a GEM! He’s always cleaning up and very attentive whenever you need him. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out, we had 5 of us and worked very well!

Loved the property. It looked just like the pictures. Arnold, the groundskeeper was very helpful and nice. If you are looking to relax and be away from all the tourists, this is the place to go. The beach is not a walk in and swim beach, but it was awesome for snorkeling and seeing the fish and sea life and that is something I had never done before. We were able to fish off the dock just with some line, hook and pieces of shrimp that we had. We got some mangroves snappers. It was a lot of fun! We will definitely be back again in the future.

This property exceeded all my family's expectations. If you are looking for an incredible oasis away from the crowds in West End, this beach house is for you. The views are simply stunning, and everything from the private dock, beach, pool, family friendly layout, and water toys, made for an exceptional week-long stay. I cannot recommend enough, and if you are looking to stay a little off the beaten path in a community full of local flare and good vibes, this is your place! 11 out of 10 stars!!

Beautiful property, perfect location, friendly staff, unfortunately we only had 3 days at the property but everything was perfect!!! If we come back to Roatan, we’ll definitely staying here again and have Gail to cook some delicious meals for us!

Our host Desiree was so responsive and gave us incredible recommendations. She took care of everything from booking us in-home massages to our incredible cook for the week, Juanita and her son Ever that helped us book adventures throughout our vacation. She also referred us to Corie for a private snorkeling day. She was really incredible. We had no question unanswered. Our grounds keeper, Arnold, was also amazing. Really, everyone was so kind and there to assist us!

The Perfect Getaway

Never Winter Playa was the perfect getaway for my partner, my friends and I. The private beach and dock are incredible and has access to the mesoamerican reef right outside your door. We loved the property and amenities. We especially enjoyed the access to the paddle board and kayaks. We will definitely choose this property on our next trip to Roatán.

The house was clean and lacked nothing. The salt water pool was cooler than the ocean and was a great place to end each day.Desiree was extremely communicative and helpful. What makes the property special is Arnold. Such a kind and gentle man. He brought us coconut bread and opened coconuts for us to drink. His assistance in running errands for us was especially useful.You get used to the wooden bridge. Stock up on groceries; the only convenient restaurant is Kristi's which while good, gets old after 4 or 5 visits.We will be back.

Beautiful Property!

The property was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed for cooking to activities out of doors. The team available to answer our questions and guide us were outstanding! The concierge set us up for success with groceries, an in-home cook and a groundskeeper with all the answers. We are ready to go back!
The owners put a lot of love and special touches on this place.

Great Rental!

Great family vacation stay! The house was better than expected…some of the recent re-models not yet reflected on VRBO pictures! Having Juana cook was the highlight…highly recommended! Neighbor Scott was a fantastic snorkeling guide! Only downside was lack of hot water….perhaps result of winter month visit!

Beautiful and private!

The house is exactly as advertised, but the view and the privacy are beyond words. We spent the entire day between the dock, swimming in the sea, and then the pool and the only person we saw was the property caretaker who we barely even saw. This stay was exactly what we needed. Definitely rent a car, but be sure to follow the signs for Reef Retreat once you get to Milton Bight. It is an easy drive and the bridge is super cool!
