You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home on the beach. The spacious open concept living room is ideal for large groups and contains two couches, chair, dining table and is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also offers 4 barstools for countertop eating and conversing with people in the kitchen area. The main level screened in porch offers fantastic views of the beach and the pool that is shared with little house next door. The screened in porch contains a wet bar, fridge, grill and seating for 8 people. A great area to relax and enjoy a bug-free environment! AND, the best sunsets!

Of the two main floor bedrooms, one contains a king size bed and the other a queen featuring Serta memory foam mattresses. The two downstairs bedrooms each come with a queen size and twin bed making comfortable sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, ideal for multiple couples traveling together yet desiring privacy.

There is a second living area downstairs for our guests to gather and enjoy quiet times. We have an assortment of board games, cards and dice and, at times, there are usually masks, snorkels and fins for your enjoyment on the beach.

The outside spaces are phenomenol for gathering with friends with easy access to the shared pool area and beach (pool is shared with owners home and a one bedroom apartment that is sparingly rented). The soaking pool cascades into the larger pool. They are surrounded by lounge chairs on the deck. The lower deck has an outdoor shower and faucet to rinse off sand and salt water.

On the beach, guests will find beach chairs as well as an amazing spot for snorkeling and kayaking. This home is the perfect spot for snorkeling and scuba enthusiasts with some of the best snorkeling on the island. There is a highly rated Dive Shop within steps of the property. Other dive shops on the west end of the island typically provide guests with pick up and drop off at the dock!

Enjoy amazing sunsets and evening cocktails on the semi-private dock (shared with Turtle Beach Dive Resort) under the palapa. The dock palapa comes with a hammock, bench, chair and swing for your enjoyment. There is a second dock that is also associated with the property and also contains a sun deck and palapa.

One of the amazing features of this property is the location. There are several amazing restaurants located on the beach just minutes walk from the house. We are conveniently located within walking distance and mid-way between the villages of West Bay and West End. Water taxis are easy to catch by stepping out onto the dock and waving at one of the many passing boats.

Our pricing is flexible to enable smaller groups to enjoy our property. The prices start based on a 4 person occupancy. We then charge more for each person per night beyond 4 people to cover all the extra costs associated with serving larger groups.

This property is best suited to adults. As such, children under the age of 12 are not allowed without prior permission from the property owner.

Special Note: While the house sleeps 10 people, we do not offer accomodations for more than 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, we also have a one bedroom apartment directly next door to this property at pool level. Contact the owner or property manager for further information.
