Newly renovated flat with a spare entrance and a wooden terrace in a quiete and big backyard which is directly connected through a door of the living room.

The generously fenced property owns a big and neat backyard. The visitors of the holiday apartment can use it's own private terrace and parking lot, which is also located on the property.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The divine apartment villa was build in 1894 in the middle of the mansions district of Blankenburg. The holiday flat is locatedt in one of the best ranked areas of the town and in very quiet surrounding. The city center and the terraces and garden facilities of the palace are within easy walking distance.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage für Ausflüge. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend. Die Wärmekabine ist angenehm, aber für 2 Personen recht klein geraten. Leider war das Radio in der Küche defekt und kein Toilettenpapier am Anfang vorhanden, obwohl dies zugesichert war. Der Parkplatz wird von einem anderen Mieter blockiert, stellt aber seinen Platz (Nr 1) zur Verfügung. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung stark ausgekühlt - dem konnte mit viel Heizen entgegen gewirkt werden.

Schöne Wohnung. Leider gab es nicht die Möglichkeit zur Mülltrennung. Die ersten drei Tage hatten wir Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, hat sich dann aber erledigt. Objekt ist zu empfehlen.

Trotz der zentralen Lage zur B27 und zur Altstadt, eine sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Auf der Terasse mit Blick in den Garten haben wir gerne gesessen. Von der Qualitaet der Matratzen waren wir sehr angetan!

Ein super Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Ideal auch für Kinder, da Spielsachen im Haus und Spielplatz ganz in der Nähe. Auch super Lage zu den wunderbaren Ausflugszielen. Insgesamt großartig!
