3Bears Lake Cabin offers an authentic mountain retreat with modern comforts, located just a short walk from Lake Gregory and Crestline Village. Guests can enjoy year-round activities including fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, and summer lake attractions, as well as winter snow play. The cabin provides a peaceful, nature-filled setting while still being close to local shops, dining, and a nearby dog park.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dining for six, and a separate game room with TV, foosball table, and pool table. Outdoor amenities include an expansive 1,200 sq. ft. deck with BBQ and dining area, a SofTub hot tub, a seasonal ping-pong table available April through October (weather permitting), a regulation-size horseshoe pit, and a fully fenced yard offering added privacy. The fireplace is currently not available for use.

The property is pet-friendly with prior approval for one dog under 50 lbs and a $150 per stay pet fee; cats are not permitted. It is a non-smoking property. A 3-night minimum stay is required for major holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Nearby attractions within a 20–30 minute drive include Lake Arrowhead for shopping and dining, SkyPark at Santa's Village for year-round outdoor activities, Snow Valley Mountain Resort for skiing and snowboarding, and Yaamava' Resort & Casino for gaming and entertainment. Big Bear Lake is approximately one hour away and offers additional hiking, biking, and lake recreation opportunities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure Spa cover is on securely, Propane is turned off on BBQ and cover is securely on.
Ping pong table is folded back up, cover on and balls and paddles put back into drawer in the chest in the den.
Put key back in lockbox and ensure gates are closed and secure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is NO SMOKING allowed on the entire property (Indoors and Outdoors). This includes any form of marijuana and vaping.
No large gatherings are allowed on the property.
No firearms, weapons, or drugs are allowed on the property.

The host, Rochelle, was responsive, and even helped us order our Thanksgiving meal. I would recommend this cabin to friends and family. The neighborhood is quiet and everything is within walking distance: the grocery store, pizza, bowling, the lake, etc.

No small thing is unnoticed from usb chargers in each room, spa towels, local restaurant guides, basic condiments in the fridge, this place is literally the best. The cabin was very clean and neat . It was fully stocked with all you would need for a weekend getaway . We came fully prepared with what we would need but the hostelss kitchen was fully equipped. This place was thoughtfully stocked with families in mind. The kitchen was stocked; there were games and entertainment galore. The home was also ideally located close to Lake Gregory. Wonderful!

Wanted an easy quick getaway. And we wanted to be able to jump into the lake (which you cannot do at Lake Arrowhead without resident lake access). The kids loved being able to walk to the store to get milkshakes in the afternoon after a fun day playing at the lake obstacle course. We cooked at the house every night. Glad we brought our own cooking knives. But the kitchen was well stocked.

My family has lived in Crestline since 1970. We love that Crestline has that small-town feel yet is so close to the city. I have always enjoyed bringing friends up to Crestline and seeing them so excited and relaxed at the same time during their visit. This is why I host, I want guests to relax, connect and make memories with their own friends and families that last a lifetime.

The cabin is located in a well-established neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The best thing about the neighborhood is that it is within walking distance of Crestline Village and Lake Gregory Regional Park so a car is not necessary to enjoy all that Crestline Village and Lake Gregory Regional Park has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The cabin was built in 1935 but has all the modern amenities. The property has off-street parking for 3 cars and is completely fenced for added privacy. The grounds are park-like and have a regulation-size horseshoe pit that runs alongside the cabin. The cabin has a 1200 sq. ft deck with is great for year-round outdoor entertainment.
