Cozy roof-only house in the Kratzmühle leisure center with 3 bedrooms for 6 people.
On the ground floor are the large living / dining area, the kitchen, the bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom.
Via a space-saving staircase, you can reach the upper floor / attic with two further separate bedrooms, one of the two bedrooms also has a balcony with a wonderful view of nature.
There is a grill in the lovely garden. 1 parking space is available.
Upon request, towels and bed linen can be provided for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
The house is located on the Kratzmühlsee (about 800m) with a restaurant, kiosk, bike rental, playground, technology museum and thus offers many leisure options such. B. swimming, hiking, fishing, boating etc.
An ideal starting point for many excursions and activities in the surrounding area such as. b.
Bike tours, hiking, climbing, searching for fossils in quarries, dinopark, high ropes course, castles, palaces and ruins, Altmühlterme, summer toboggan run, etc.

In Beilngries, about 4 km away, there are many delicious restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafes and shops, as well as doctors and pharmacies.

In Ingolstadt, 30 km away, the Westpark offers further shops, restaurants and cafes

The last approx. 300m driveway to the house are unpaved!
