PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO MAKING RESERVATION:

Although we are totally PRO FUN, and have set the house up for you to make amazing memories with your friends, family, and loved ones, and obviously an abundance of fun can be had, SPOILER ALERT, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, violators will be asked to leave, and charged extra for excessive cleaning, not following house rules or damage to the property. This is a neighborhood, please be courteous and keep the noise levels to a minimum past 10pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.



Bookings of more than 6 persons there will be additional $20 per person per night fee added to reservation. We reserve the right to confirm guest count upon check in and charge for additional guests. We have a ring doorbell, we do monitor check ins, and we will see if you have not notified us ahead of time of an accurate guest count.



Health or safety concerns: Due to the fact that the owners son is highly allergic to certain animals (including dogs) I can not have any reservations with Assistance Animals of any kind.
