We had a wonderful stay! The house was great—very spacious with plenty of bedrooms. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and stores, and we really appreciated being in a gated community. The pool was perfect. Cristina was a fantastic host—attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed for the most part. We always travel with our dogs and this place afforded that flexibility.

The price was right and location

We had a pleasant and great stay there. I highly recommend this place to anybody with a large family like us. The area is Tucktaway in a corner, which we like away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. .

Location, Location, Location

Perfectly located for my group. Easily got to and from the Convention Center and had all restaurants, grocery stores, etc within 3 miles of the house. House had everything and more. Great stay!!

Excellent stay!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hamlet house! This home is perfectly positioned to restaurants and theme parks. It is nestled in a sweet private, gated community. The owners are wonderful and communication was fantastic! We would most definitely visit this home again! Thank you so much Godwin family for the magical memories! Our family will treasure our time spent in your home!

NASCAR weekend

Great house. Big enough for 7 adults and 3 kids. Pool was heated as we had requested and the house was very close to food and shopping. Would definitely rent it again!

Great location everything we needed!

Communication and check in process excellent. House is roomy and has a neat layout. Gated community so you feel safe. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved that we could bring our dogs.

Great location, good hosts.

The hosts are super transparent & informative about any changes that happen. We had a hiccup with the AC prior to our stay but the hosts did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and informed with updates on repairs. Aside from that, the house is in a great location, close to everything you need & not far from the theme parks. The house is great and has tons of space. The pool is a great addition to this listing. Would definitely stay here again

Great location for Disney

Nice property with a weird shared driveway. The only problem is the shared driveway. It will fit two cars but they have to park tandem so we had to swap places several times. The house is as described, laid out nicely for families or a group of adults. It is tucked away in a corner so it feels secluded. It has a nice little side yard if you have a pet. Pool and sunroom was nice and private. We really enjoyed our stay and will be saving this place for future visits.

Poor Cleanliness & supply

Dishes were dirty, food still on them, dirty cups, lipstick around entire glasses, sheets too small for the beds and constantly coming off when sleeping, no dishwasher soap or laundry soap (says fully supplied). FILTHY fridge and kitchen appliances. Pool guy showed up in the middle of us swimming and we had to get out.

We had a good time and the location was great

We had an issue getting into the gate when it was after 8pm. The code they gave us didn't work. We had to wait for someone else to go in with a code and we followed them. The house was very convenient and was well set up. It has a lot of wear and tear to it that will need to be addressed soon, but it didn't take away from our experience. The pool was lovely and we appreciated them heating it. The driveway was a little difficult, but again, didn't take away from our having a great time. The neighbors were nice and I'm sure they don't appreciate different people sharing their driveway all of the time.

Thank you for you review Judy. I want to again offer my apologies for the gate issue, that absolutely was an oversight on my part, but absolutely not a reoccurring issue. Happy to announce we will be working on a big update to this property this year, it will like address any wear and tear you may have noticed. I also would love if you could share anything in particular you think should be addressed in a private message and I will have it taken care of right away. Lastly, we have great relationship with our neighbor Carl, he is very kind and have never had an issue with the shared driveway in fact he has even offered guests additional parking if needed. We communicate with him often, especially when we are home. Ultimately I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, and would love the opportunity to host you again.
