Holiday home for 6 guests with 100m² in Pelzerhaken (95133)
The two-storey construction offers over 100 square meters even more space and light for a perfect holiday on the Baltic Sea. This home has three separate bedrooms, about 140 yards from the beach with south west facing terrace and balcony.
Two bathrooms (shower and bathtub), sauna, a spacious kitchen with covered terrace, fireplace room with large living room upstairs and balcony with deck chairs and a 500 sqm private property surrounded by dunes complete the special comfort of the captain's houses. The interior is accented with the colors lilac and lavender. The captains houses are classified with five stars.
The displayed Google image was created in June 2018 during our last construction phase. Meanwhile, all new beach houses and the outdoor facilities are completed.
