Welcome to our Alpen Chalet on Zellberg!
The apartment "Rosa" we have completed the winter of 2018/19! This dream apartment is designed for 8 people and convinces with loving decor and modern, alpine ambience!

Our high-quality alpine chalet with a modern hut character (about 130 m²) is located on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße at the foot of the Zellberg.

You can expect in the apartment "Rosa" ...
... 3 wonderful bedrooms with their own TV (all double beds are made of pine wood)
... 1 bedroom with bunk bed,
... 2 bathrooms and 1 extra WC,
... open living room with TV and adjoining open kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area,
... 2 beautiful balconies with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains

The large, fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, induction cooker with extractor, oven, egg cooker, plenty of dishes, tea towels and underfloor heating.

In addition, there is a community ski room with ski boot dryer, parking in front of the house, an open garage and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels, electricity and heating are available and included in the price!

Centrally located in the Zillertal, Zell am Ziller presents itself in the "Zillertal Arena" as an eventful holiday resort and real family paradise.

In the winter... The Zillertal Arena ski area is the largest in the Zillertal and with 143 km of slopes and 52 modern lifts from the beginning of December to Easter is also the most eventful.
Our special features: First entry into the ski area Zillertal Arena; Natural toboggan run at 7 km and illuminated until 1.00 at night; Arena Coaster - the first Alpine rollercoaster; Freizeitpark Zell with ice rink, ice curling, bowling alley and indoor tennis court; Après-ski directly at the valley station and in the village; Free ski bus with valid ski pass; 20 km of winter hiking trails; Steam train of the Zillertalbahn u. The free ski bus stops in front of the house and takes you to the surrounding ski areas.

From our Alpen Chalet you can reach the ski areas as follows:
Zillertal Arena - Zell am Ziller: approx. 5 minutes by car (2 km)
Hochzillertal - Kaltenbach: about 15 minutes by car (10 km)
Penken & Ahorn - Mayrhofen: approx. 15 minutes by car (10 km)

In summer, the region offers numerous bike tours, especially for families a great activity program: children's climbing, the Arena Skyliner, the spruce castle on the Rosenalm or other leisure activities such as paragliding, rafting, canyoning etc. - we do not leave only small Holidaymakers' hearts beat faster!
