The apartment has a partially covered terrace with an awning, which is ideal for cosy get-togethers. The town of Lovran is a popular seaside resort on the Opatija Riviera, which delights its guests with excellent restaurants and numerous events and concerts. Nature lovers can enjoy the hiking trails at the Uka Nature Park, while active holidaymakers can try out paragliding and many different water sports.
