Family Beach Trip It was by far the best Vrbo house we’ve ever rented. Three generations age 68 to 1 1/2. It had everything we could possibly want. All beach chairs, toys, surfboards, kayaks. In the house there were games, puzzles, books for all ages. We cooked in every meal. The kitchen has every gadget and appliance imaginable. We are planning to make this an annual tradition.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca, a bright, spacious and beautiful home in a breathtaking oceanfront setting. When not in the pool, or sitting poolside, we hunted seashells while strolling along the beach. The Wi-Fi enabled us to connect to Sonos to play our favorite music throughout the house and TVs allowed us to keep up with world events, including our beloved Philadelphia Eagles. Our host was flexible on arrival and departure times, which made our travel much less stressful. One of the water heaters failed during our stay, requiring us to carefully monitor the water temperature before and during showers, and we were disappointed to find that the bikes in the garage, in addition to being old and rusted, could not be safely used. Neither of those drawbacks diminished our enjoyment of our time at Casa Blanca, a wonderful venue for relaxing and renewing relationships with old friends.

We do let people know in our writeup that they are in bad shape and not guaranteed as the ocean salt is incredibly hard on them. I agree, time to toss them and give up on keeping bikes. Hope you will return to make more memories in the years to come. We would welcome you back.

Beautiful house, best location in Wrightsville Beach. We have stayed before in this house several years ago and it was just as amazing. Highly recommend this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house—it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and ease in mind.The location truly couldn’t be better. Just steps from the beach, we loved starting our mornings with coffee and ocean views and ending the day with stunning sunsets. The outdoor space was a highlight—perfect for relaxing, dining, and soaking in the coastal breeze.Inside, everything was well-stocked and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. It struck the perfect balance between cozy and spacious.

The house Casa Blanca was beautiful. It was very well appointed with everything you would need for a beach vacation. Its location on the beach was perfect! We also loved the warm pool!Tom, one of the hosts was very helpful when one of our sons arrived feeling ill. He called a doctor friend and helped insure our son was ok which he was. Thanks very much for our excellent stay at this gorgeous location!

Family Getaway

We love Wrightsville Beach; this was our 5th consecutive year of vacationing as a family there. Casa Blanca was our favorite home. We have rented it so far, and we love the north end of the island.

Wonderful

This is a beautiful house that is perfect for family gatherings. Lovely stretch of beach and charming pool area perfect for relaxing. House feels like it’s been loved and lived in by real people (not a glorified hotel). We loved it and would definitely come back!

Great Spot!

Great house. Great beach front location! Only recommendation would be for the owners to work on eliminating the large bugs that come out at night on the porch.

Perfect!

Really beautiful home, beautiful views, clean and very well heated pool, lovely beach. Great porch, comfy furniture and beds. I'd highly recommend this rental home. We had a blast!!

Casa Blanca

We have been coming to Wrightsvill Beach/Figure Eight Island for over 40 years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It is hard to find really clean homes in the area, Casa Blanca is spotless offering very comfortable living arrangements.

Heaven on earth

Gorgeous views! Excellent assortment of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas etc… and Tom will set it all up for you! Pool is a huge bonus! Top notch comfort and exceptionally clean on our arrival. Plenty of space to spread out or come together for more intimate gatherings. Loved every moment of our stay!

Overall experience was wonderful. The house was very nice, perfect views and great location. The house itself was only overshadowed by the service which is the best I’ve ever encountered. Tom called several days before and the day of our arrival to be sure that all needs were met. He checked in and even went out of his way to return an item that was left behind. Hands down the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommend.

This has to be one of the best properties on Wrightsville Beachfront. We most enjoyed the amazing views, the swimming pool and short walk down the private path to the beach. The beach area directly behind Casa Blanca was much less populated than anywhere else up and down Wrightsville Beach. So nice! The house was outfitted with everything we needed. And Tom was great, helping us get acquainted with the house, and setting up a beach day our first full day there. We’ll be back!

A bit of heaven on the beach.

We have been returning to Casa Blanca each year since 2019. It is something we really look forward to. Everything about Casa Blanca is perfect…the location, floor plan, being well stocked in the kitchen, comfort galore! We’re already looking forward to 2024.
