- Primary Suite 1: King bed with ensuite bath (shared with bunk room)
- Primary Suite 2: King bed with private ensuite bath
- Guest room 3: Queen bed with shared bath (walk-In shower)
- Guest room 4: Trundle bed (two twins or converts to a King), shares bath with Guest room 3
- Guest room 5: Bunk beds (twin-over-twin bunk), and crib. Portable crib also available.

Rental Information
-Weekly rentals (Saturday–Saturday) are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We do have some flexibity In August
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
-Gatherings of more than 15 guests require prior approval and a $500 event fee.
-Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with a $400 per-pet fee.
-This is a non-smoking property.
