Enjoy bass and pan fishing at its finest. Relaxing unique and tranquil getaway. Two porches both with fantastic views of Nantachie Lake. Small library of 100 + books or bring your fav. Family friendly VCR tapes (100+) and player available for use. Beas country store sells gas, groceries, bait, alcohol, and lunches 3 miles south Hwy 71. Lake public landings, 3 Red River boat launches, grocery store, City of Natchitoches, all in drives 30 min are less. Free boat and trailer parking.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Trash barrel is located under carport

Leave the keys on kitchen table

Set ac unit to 79degrees

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Park in Driveway or carport only. Starter supply of toilet paper, soap. shampoo, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap for your convenience.

No visitors or over night guests. Your nightly rate pay for two adults and two children under age 16. Extra guest charge is $20 per night per guest.

I have a 800 number posted inside utility room, guest will need to check for any burn bands before making fire in fire pit.
