In addition, the house is located within walking distance from the beach and the center. Dogs are welcome.

Of course you should not miss your faithful four-legged friend even on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to extensive Gassi tours. Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches, where your dog can let off steam. The large and fenced garden is ideal for romping and playing.

The house offers pure relaxation on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with a spacious dining area and a modern kitchenette, which is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Large sliding doors allow direct access to the terrace and thus to the garden. Also on the ground floor is a spacious sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (1.80 width), a single bed (0.90 width) and a wardrobe. Furthermore, you will find here the large spa bathroom with a large vanity, a walk-in shower and a bath to relax.
The staircase leads directly to the upper floor and thus into the second bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) and bathroom en suite, which has a shower tray. The washing machine and the dryer in the common utility room can be used free of charge.

For the community entertainment in the evening, a large flat screen TV in the living room. All bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen TVs. Wi-Fi access and a radio are also part of the entertainment.

Schöne Wohnung mit Nachbesserungsbedarf

Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Der Garten ist super schön und vor allem mit Hund perfekt. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet hat aber an der ein oder anderen Stelle Nachbesserungsbedarf. Wie zum Beispiel die sehr spärliche Beleuchtung in allen Räumen, ein etwas lieblobs eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer im EG und eine fehlende ordentlich Grundreinigung. Ansonsten alles gut!

Tolle Wohnung-empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist groß und super aufgeteilt sowie schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll, man ist ganz schnell am Strand oder im Kurpark. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schönes Haus mit eigenem Garten! Die Polster der Stühle, des Sofas und der Gartenauflagen bräuchten dringend eine Reinigung, ansonsten alles gut!

Scharbeutz 2021

Das Haus bietet für 5 Personen reichlich viel Platz. Im Garten konnten die beiden Hunde frei laufen. Das ein oder andere in der Wohnung sollte mal erneuert werden. Die Toilette im OG ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig da sie sehr tief angebracht ist.
