This property is nestled in a small gated neighborhood with community pool.. very quiet but close to Inlet beach public beach access and you can ride your bikes to Rosemary and Alyse beach (the town). 4 bikes provided to use with stay. The house is clean and has you need to stay

This home is perfect for a large group of people. Plenty of space and extremely clean! We loved the small pool/ hot tub in the backyard and how easy we could get to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. would highly recommend!

Hidden Tides

We’ve been visiting Seacrest for several years during fall break, and Hidden Tides has become our favorite beach house! The kids loved the heated pool, and we absolutely loved everything about the home. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more baking dishes and mixing bowls, but otherwise, it was an incredible week. Highly recommend!

House was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Everything was exactly how the photos show. Very spacious and could comfortably accommodate our family. It is in a very nice neighborhood which is just a short bike ride or walk to the main street in Rosemary/Alys Beach. Would highly recommend!

Home is in a new neighborhood, has everything you need for your stay. Location off 98 means you can get around much faster than being stuck off 30A with all the traffic. About 30 minutes to PCB and a grocery store is 5 minutes away. We loved the hot tub at the house. Can’t go wrong with this property.

Great Stay!

This property was clean, well maintained, and came with a great set of instructions. The teens loved the bikes and used them as their mode of transportation for the entire trip. We took the tram to and from the beach everyday. The tram stop is close by and located at the pool which was nice. The neighborhood has some construction going on, but wasn't close by this house. I really enjoyed the stay and hope to visit again!

Beautiful, comfortable new beach home was just what we needed

Our small family really enjoyed this beautiful home. It was super clean and comfortable. After a long, hot day at the beach...it was nice to come back to a quiet oasis to relax and chill. The neighborhood pool was a block away and was really nice. The home is in a gated area, so we felt really safe and secure. The beds are comfortable; bathrooms are nice. The kitchen was nice with high-end cooking utensils to prepare meals for the family. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, house is very clean, beds are super comfortable with superior linens! Trash with bears a problem. Even though we locked our trash bins, neighbor next door had trash all over both properties which remained there our entire stay. Shuttle to beach was great and very convenient.

Great trip

This is such a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean upon arrival. But I deducted one star because it could use some repairs (dings in the walls that need patched/painted, caulking that needed replaced, etc). We had a question and a request which we contacted the company about, and we received a prompt response. By far the best management company we've dealt with in all of our vacation rentals. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this house! We loved the setup and the rooms were perfect for us. We came with another family, so we loved that there were two king size bedrooms with private bathrooms. The house was in the back and on a Cul-de-sac. We loved the third floor porch and the heated little pool/hot tub! It did have a little alarm on the pool door. I know it’s for safety, but we had a little trouble figuring out how to open the door properly so that the alarm didn’t go off. We loved the property and it truly met our needs. The maintenance staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Home & Location

This home is BEAUTIFUL and looks exactly like the pictures. If you are looking for a place for your next family vacation, book this location. Property was very clean and smelled new upon walking through the doors. Plenty of space and room to spread out. Can't say enough about how nice the home is decorated; the owners took into consideration everything that it would take to make a vacation stress free and relaxing. The plunge pool was larger than expected and our kids really enjoyed it. House is located near shopping, restaurants, Publix and the beach. We decided not to use the tram that was available to take us to the beach but we wanted to drive. The nearest Public Beach Access was about 3 minutes away at Inlet Beach (located just past Shades restaurant). Ample parking and bathrooms. Beach was absolutely stunning - seeing the sunset is a must see! If you are looking for great coffee and breakfast, be sure to stop by Canopy Road Cafe located right up the street at 30 Avenue. With that being said, don't wait on booking this home - you will not regret it.

I sort of feel deceived. I was looking to stay in Rosemary Beach but it is located in Seacrest. I have stayed in Seacrest before and really wanted a property in a new beach. The home was beautiful but extremely dirty. I don’t think it’s the host fault. I think it could be the management company. A lot of marks are on the wall and it feels like it needs a spruce up. We knew once we saw the armbands it was going to be hard to get past gate with all the chairs and coolers. The area is beautiful, and we have been down several times. We all noticed that when people are walking upstairs, the house really moves and sways which is scary. Also the snakes and bear signs were unexpected. I honestly would like a small refund mainly due to the way the house is described when we booked. Just disappointing over all.

As frequent visitors, you’ll know that the area’s wildlife adds to the coastal Florida experience—those signs are there to keep everyone informed and safe. Being newly constructed and elevated on stilts in the natural sand, some movement in the house is typical, and we assure you, it’s just the palm and pine trees that will be swaying in the breeze. We're sorry to hear about the housekeeping issues and wish you had reached out upon arrival to provide more information. Our pre-arrival inspection photos show everything was sparkling clean. If there was a miss on our part, we would have been happy to send a team right away to freshen things up. Spring Break Serenity: A Cozy Stay with All the Comforts of Home

This place was a hit! Even though we noticed some party remnants at the curb, the house itself was spotless. We crashed in the huge master bedroom on the third floor and absolutely loved having the washer and dryer right there. It was like they thought of everything – a cozy sitting area with a desk and TV, plus a screened-in porch for those lazy mornings. We’re not much for cooking or coffee, so I can’t say much about the kitchen stuff. But, let me tell you, with a family of four, not once did we have to fight for hot water, which was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t even need two of the bedrooms, but it was nice to have the space. When we ran into a little snag with the outlets on the second floor, the maintenance team was on it in no time. And finding the breaker box outside? Who would’ve thought! Also, the outdoor shower had warm water, and the rental bikes were a breeze to use. The wristbands for the Seacrest Beach tram and pool access were ready to go on the kitchen table – no waiting around, even during spring break! Our last night got a bit lively with some new guests arriving at 3 am, sounding like a college spring break crew. But it was more funny than anything, especially explaining to our daughter the next day about the skunk-like smell outside (wink, wink). It barely overlapped with our stay, so no harm done. Loved, loved, loved this clean, beautiful house. Its location off Hwy 98 saved us from the 30A traffic. Would recommend this spot in a heartbeat.
