Great Location and House

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect - a short walk to both the beach and Rosemary Beach shops. The kids loved the pool, and the bikes and the beach umbrella service were used every day. The property manager was very responsive. All the bedrooms were large and we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Daydreams by the Sea - Family stay

My family and a couple of friends stayed at this property in May and it we really enjoyed the accommodations and location. We liked the short walk to beach, the complimentary beach set up, the four complimentary bikes, and the pool. We liked the extra gated security and many shops and eateries were in short walking or biking distance.

Beautiful Home

We definitely enjoyed our time here. First time in the area and we will be coming back. The home was clean and spotless. Manager was very responsive and kept checking in to make sure all was going well. We had a restful time and it felt like our home away from home.

Great property in an excellent location; close enough to Rosemary Beach to walk but far enough away so it’s less crowded. The Waters Edge neighborhood is quiet, beautifully maintained and convenient to the beach.

Lovely house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was perfect for our group of six, I liked how everyone had a bathroom attached to their bedroom. Pool was great for post-beach or morning, bikes were a nice touch. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. Our only complaint (and it happened on everyone's bed) was that the fitted sheet didn't really fit and would roll off the mattress. Other than that, beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Rosemary Beach

This has to be one of the coolest places in Earth! Neighborhood was out of this world and the house was beautiful! Only recommend to upgrade patio furniture.

Hello and thank you so much for the review on Daydreams by the Sea! This home is located within the gated community of Water's Edge, which borders Rosemary Beach. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach access, and the home has its own private pool! You are close to shopping and dining, but still located in a quiet neighborhood. Great Location!

This really is the preferred location! Not only is it a gorgeous neighborhood but small enough that it feels quaint. The homes are arranged in cul de sac with a middle common walkway to beach. 2 of my favorites of this property are the easy walking access to Rosemary’s downtown. The other is the beach! There is a private area exclusively for this neighborhood so not as crowded as the surrounding areas. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to make this a regular trip!

Fall break 2022

We absolutely the loved house. The size was perfect for us and it was so nice having 3 king bedrooms. Our only wish was that they had nice patio furniture. So many beautiful decks and the outdoor furniture was not comfortable or broken. Never sat on any of the decks once. Some inviting cozy outdoor space to relax would make the house absolutely perfect. We would rent it every year!

The surrounding neighborhoods and shops are great for walking around and riding bikes as well. I had a few minor complaints, the area to park your vehicle is fairly small so large vehicles could be a problem. Private pool is convenient but it had no lights that I could figure out how to turn on. We would definitely stay here again though.

Hi Mr. W. and thank you for your review! Daydreams by the Sea is located in a gated community, right next to Rosemary Beach. You are close to shopping and dining, and the beach is just a 2 minute walk from the home. We will check on the pool light. They burn out on occasion so it may need to be replaced. We are sorry about the tight parking. There is also room for parallel parking on the street if the driveway is too tight. We would love to have you back. Thanks for staying with Royal Destinations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was better than expected. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything we would need to cook and have meals at home. Royal destinations concierge and after hours number were quick to answer or respond with any concerns. Only complaint was the refrigerator not working properly with ice or water dispensing. Also, the rental company for the beach chairs and umbrellas were great!

Great with a few minor glitches

Everything was great and we can’t wait to come back. Just a few minor things need to be addressed. Swing door to pool was broken, a couple lights didn’t work in the home( maybe just bulbs), and one of the bicycle locks didn’t seem to work. Also was disappointed in the change of soap. I looked forward to the Aveda brand or whatever it was called. Much better than the H20. Just my opinion though. We had a great stay and would highly recommend .

Thank you very much for your review of our lovely home, Daydreams By The Sea! This house is great for smaller groups and families with a private pool that is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home. This home is just a minute's walk away from a smaller convenience store and a 10-minute drive to the local Publix. Daydreams By The Sea is in the heart of it all next to Rosemary Beach and all its wonderful shops and restaurants nearby! We have ordered more Aveda and they are back in our homes! We are delighted to hear about your stay and will be looking forward to having you back again soon!

Great Vacation!

We are pleasantly surprised that the inside had went through a beautiful renovation and the pictures had not been updated yet. Everything was very clean. Only a few minor things were the outdoor space could use some clearing and pool could be slightly updated/cleaned up. The Wifi was spotty in certain areas. And there were not many trashcans located throughout the house (bathrooms, etc). However location was great! This was one of our best vacations!

Family Spring Break 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the proximity of the house to the beach and the private pool. There were a few cleaning issues that could have been addressed, especially since it's during the Covid Pandemic. Trash behind the couch, needed to be dusted, etc. We had no broom but the management team brought us one.Also the pool lights were blown during our entire stay. Televisions weren't working but maintenance came within an hour. So Royal Destinations did their job.
