Two distinct living areas give a group of ten genuine flexibility. The main level features modern lodge decor, lake-facing windows, and a flow that keeps the group connected without crowding them. The second living area gives couples or smaller subgroups their own space.

Fully equipped kitchen that has handled four families cooking together simultaneously. Well-organized, properly stocked, and genuinely ready for group cooking at scale.

Main floor - primary suite with ensuite bathroom including large soaking tub and walk in marble shower and private deck.
Loft has Queen suite
Lower level - 1 Queen with Jack and Jill bathroom connected to room with 2 twins

☆☆ WHEN YOU ARE READY TO LEAVE THE WATER ☆☆

Glacier National Park is 48 miles west. Whitefish Mountain Resort is 29 miles north, world-class skiing in winter and lift-served hiking in summer. Blacktail Mountain Ski Area is 15 miles, a quieter and more affordable alternative for ski days without the resort crowds. Summer or winter, this property earns its place as a year-round destination.

Lakeside, Montana. Less than one mile from town. Thirteen miles to Kalispell. Forty-six miles to Glacier National Park. Twenty-nine miles to Whitefish. Fifteen miles to Blacktail Mountain Ski Area.

The Bigfork Summer Playhouse is 25 miles east. Under The Big Sky Music Festival in Whitefish runs in July. The Whitefish Woody Weekend Boat Show is a summer favorite. Montana Rodeo events run throughout summer across the valley.

*Please keep in mind that this home is in a bay which makes it nice and calm for parking boats and recreation! The bay drains in the winter and is usually full of water again and the dock installed by the first week of June and the dock is removed early October most years. Please inquire with any questions.

Family vacation

The property was great. Plenty of room for everyone, right on the water. It exceeded our expectations. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent again next time we are in the neighborhood!

Wedding bless.

My son got married in Katispell and I chose this house for location to everything we had going on. The house is amazing and the location was perfect. The few items that I felt needed attention was some of the light were burned out some of the light switches didn’t work. There were not real good directions on starting the fireplaces Some of the mattresses could be replaced. It’s a rental and I fully understand but for what we paid I feel there could have been a little more attention given to some of these items in the house. The house manger was very accommodating to any questions that I had in setting things up before we got there and on our move in time. Overall I would consider this house agin if coming back to the Katispell area.

Beautiful home and great location

The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well stocked. The location is ideal and the views are amazing. There were some things that needed maintenance and were minor inconveniences: three of the four stovetop burner knobs were missing so we had to move the one around when cooking with more than one burner; the outdoor gas grills did not work; and the two doors leading to the outside on the lower level did not open. The issue with the doors (which was a safety concern) was addressed right away and one of the two was fixed. The grills were not an issue for us since we probably wouldn't have used them, but the missing stove top burner knobs were an inconvenience. Overall, in the big picture, these were minor issues that did not detract from our experience. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to this property. It's a lovely home in a great location and we made many lasting family memories during our stay.
