The house "Villa am Meer" is a larger apartment complex directly behind the dike in a central location - only two minutes walk to the promenade. This 3-star apartment on the first floor, furnished in warm colors, presents itself tastefully and modern:
The living room and bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (separate mattresses, 80 x 2 m), sofa with sleeping function and dining area and has a balcony facing southwest. The also new kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob with oven, extractor fan, microwave and coffee maker and the usual small appliances. LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo system are also available. The living room is designed with easy-care laminate flooring. Bed linen and towels can be rented from the property manager.
A bicycle room is available for all tenants.
The house has an elevator, laundry and drying facilities are available.
Parking is available at the house.
Pets and smokers are not allowed with regard to allergic guests.
