End of July Special. wheel chair access, all on one level Handicap friendly

Cabin is set deep in a valley with a circle drive and a concrete pathway leading to the front porch. Everything is on the main level with no steps, except hot tub. Doorways are extra wide for wheelchairs. Showers have no curbs and you can easily walk into them. Giant backyard with swing set for the kids. Covered patio area with Bistro lights, and fireplace. There is an open deck with a glider, and chairs to view the mountains, and a smaller gas firepit for 2 for the cooler evenings. Rocking chairs and swing on front porch to take you back in time. Lots of yard space for your pets and kids to run. Private firepit across the branch.

Wonderful Property!

There was plenty of room for my husband and myself, our friends and their two kids without feeling cramped at all. The house is true to the pictures and was very clean when we arrived. The owner is a very nice lady and was quick to answer questions, and she brought us extra trash bags when we ran through what was provided. Loved the covered porch with the fireplace! The yard is great, and the neighborhood is is nice and quiet even though the neighbors are close by. We had a great time!

Everything was wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. My husband never takes time to sit on the porch and he loved this one. I didn't have any trouble with my wheelchair and the showers were made for it. We met the family, including the dog. Can't wait to go back. We will definitely rent again. We felt like family.

We had someone who used a walker and a wheelchair in our group. Easy access to and throughout the house, bathroom, and the porch/fire area. Hot tub with a little help. Shower chair was appreciated and w/c accessible showers x2. Loved that the light switches were all labeled. Kitchen had everything we needed. Happy to meet Jax, Roxie, and their people! Close access to Blue Ridge, GA and anything you need or forgot. Easy access without AWD. Hosts and neighbors were all welcoming and friendly!

Comfy Stay, Felt Like Home

Upon arrival the outside property was dark, inside was lit up. My husband was able to enter straight away, with no issues. The property was super clean & peaceful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay & will be back wgen we come back to visit family. I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. My husband is in a power chair and he was able to enter every room in the home. We were comfortable the entire time of our stay. Thank you Lisa, for considering those in a wheelchair & offering such a place for us to stay at an affordable price.

GREAT FOR A WHEELCHAIR!!!

This house was perfect! My dad is in a wheel chair and needs increased accessibility. It is extremely rare we are able to find a place to stay that works well for him. This place was great for him and the rest of us! It was tucked in a holler in beautiful North Georgia with plenty of privacy and room outside for our pup! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

We enjoyed the hot tub, the games, and the peaceful atmosphere. Our host outfitted the cabin with everything we could need. The hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. The rustic decor was fun but also functional. Our host could have been a professional decorator.

Excellent for small kids

We had a great time and the property was extremely clean. We have 3 small kids and they enjoyed the play set and back yard. The hot tub was fantastic in the cold weather. Great layout if you have toddlers. Super peaceful little getaway, we really enjoyed it.

This was a great stay for our Christmas gathering. The host was very welcoming and communication was great! We loved the patio fireplace and how open the space was. If you have littles, there is a swing set out back and lots of yard to play in. Just be mindful that the inside decor is on their level. We stashed it away from little hands, but otherwise it was a perfect holiday vacation spot!

Girls Trip

We took a trip to celebrate our friend's 30th birthday. She wanted to go to BlueRidge. There were 5 of us ladies, aged 24 to 48. This house was decorated to look like a rustic cabin, very cute! Everything was clean and well kept. Our favorite part was the outdoor living space with fireplace and hut tub. We enjoyed building a fire and enjoying a glass of wine while relaxing. The house was close to shops and restaurants in downtown BlueRidge. The owners lived nearby. We saw them while outside, they were very sweet and we felt welcome. The view in the back was of mountains and it made for a great fall getaway. We had a great time. My only recommendation to anyone traveling here is to try to arrive before dark since it is in the mountains, there aren't streetlights so it was hard to find at night. But that is to be expected due to the remote location. We enjoyed our stay very much and I would definitely return to this rental if I go back to BlueRidge area for a weekend.

Homey feel!

The house is small and cozy and has a “home away from home” feel. We spent most of our time on the porch by the fireplace!! My kids absolutely loved playing in the yard, we would definitely stay again!

Great place

The house was great. It was as pictured and described. The owner Lisa was a great host, checking to make sure our stay was satisfactory. Her grandchildren came over and played with our grandchildren, they both had a great time. The yard is very large and plenty of things for them to do. The location was a great place between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. We would recommend this house to anyone and we plan to stay again. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Blue Ridge Getaway!

We had the best stay here! The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair for our son and a crockpot that we forgot at home. The owner Lisa was so kind and checked to ensure we were comfortable and the cabin was everything we had expected. Her sweet grandkids played with our kids and they even offered veggies from their vegetable garden. The cabin was quiet and in a great location to downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay. We absolutely plan to return and stay here again because we enjoyed it so much! Thanks so much to Lisa and her family for the great hospitality! It was a memorable trip for our family.

Peaceful Beauty

Clean and neat as a pin, this lovely house in the mountains was everything we were told it would be. The owners were very welcoming and warm and friendly. To find a dog friendly and wheelchair friendly VRBO was a blessing. My only suggestion would be fold down bars for the disabled around the toilet in the master bath. We will definitely be back.
