We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect with the 5 bedrooms and great location, and it was very clean. We appreciated that it was so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, too. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Wells Beach home. The house was spacious, modern, and cozy all at once, perfect for our group. Just a one-minute walk to the beach, and we loved being able to hear the ocean waves through the open windows and while sitting by the fire pit at night. There was plenty of room for games and puzzles, and we made great use of the many games provided, especially cornhole. Lots of parking, comfortable bedrooms, and a great setup for relaxing together. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we’d love to come back!

This place was absolutely beautiful! There were eight of us, and there was plenty of room! The house was immaculate, and stocked with everything we needed. The host quickly responded to any questions I had. We had four cars with no parking problem at all. I would recommend this house again and again. I sure hope to rent again in the future.

End of June stay

This house was exactly what we were looking for! Enough beds for everyone, close to the beach so that those who did not want to go could stay home, others could just walk across the street! Owners went above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable and that did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be booking this house again!

Great location in Wells

This was a perfect place for 10 of us and 2 kids to hang out for a weekend while attending a wedding in Maine. It was comfortable, had space for everyone, and was walkable around wells and close to the beach!

Amazing trip!

My family had a great time and found the location to be even better than expected with a very clean and spacious home. Very comfortable! Host was very easy to contact and responsive! Would love to book again!

Lovely beach house

I stayed with my girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend. It was a perfect size to fit us all. The firepitand outdoor shower were a nice touch! And the walk to the beach was about 1 minute. I have no complaints!

Wells Worth the Trip

We absolutely loved this house! Bedrooms were perfect size and fairly even for all of our friends. The beach was easily accessible (right across the street!) and the host was super communicative. Everything was clean and there was plenty of kitchenware in stock. Thank you!

Perfect Wells getaway

Beautiful spacious home just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. My friends and I(7 of us) stayed for the Maine Coast marathon in May, our second year in a row staying at Cathy’s home. The kitchen includes everything you could need to cook large meals(outdoor grill is a huge plus too) and the open floor plan is great for all being together. Immaculately clean home and very simple check in/check out process. Will definitely be back!

Great place/great location

Overall good experience. The only thing is that there were no bedsheets and towels included. It wasn't mentioned in the description before we booked. The host still helped us get everything we needed for our stay.

Better than expected!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! The house is located on the third line but you can hear the waves at night and it's only a two minute walk to the beach so very easy to come back to the house if you forget something or need to go to the bathroom.. lots of beach chair, games, wood for the fire pit...we were all very happy and impressed! Thank you Catherine and congratulations for your beautiful set-up!!

This was a perfect spot. There was plenty of parking. The house was clean and set up well. They supplied all the linens and lots of small little extras that people some don't think about. Salt & pepper, spices etc. Full kitchen set up. lots of games to use. We didn't have kids with us but they had safety gates for the deck. Very thoughtful. Recycling instead of just trash and separate places for bottles too. So many people don't have to recycle so it was nice to have that option The top deck was awesome and the lower deck perfect. 2 minutes to the beach! highly recommend

Yearly visit to Maine

We have been going to Maine for about 30 years. We love Maine and the location of the house is in a central location with good beach access. The only reason I gave the location a 4 star is because it is not oceanfront. You can see the ocean but only hear it from the house at high tide. The configuration worked out well for the family with each family able to have a firm queen bed and additional room in some bedrooms for a pack and play. The downstairs bedroom worked out great for my 93 yo mother as there are only the entrance stairs with good handrail and elevated toilet in the bathroom. There is a large table that was great for family meals and games/cards and puzzles as we did have some rain during out stay. The house has numerous games available and the booster seat was also a plus for our toddler. It was great that ample parking was available for us. Although there is no air conditioning there are many fans and we did get a cross breeze with the windows open. The kitchen is layed out so that it is ackward for multiple people to be in it so preparing large meals for a group might be tricky. We ate out mostly so it was ok for breakfast and lunch. There are also nice outdoor spaces on the decks. Overall well equiped and good central location.
