Built in 1998, this holiday home was completely renovated in 2009. The living area is 90 square meters.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, freezer and microwave) and
1 living-dining room and a bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine.
From the living room there is a terrace and a large fenced garden.
Garden furniture, large parasol and barbecue are of course available.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
One of the rooms also has a "baby equipment" with cot and changing table.
The house is heated by a gas boiler.
Directly at the house there is also a car parking lot.
Our house is located in Gollendorf, a small village in the southwest of the island. The immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea dike (about 500 m) offers an ideal starting point for walks and bike rides in the neighboring villages Orth and Lemkenhafen.
The quiet rural and water-near location is also ideal for dog owners.
The Gollendorfer bay is also a perfect spot for kiters and surfers and is therefore particularly suitable for beginners. Kite, surf and boat schools and rentals are located in Orth, Lemkenhafen or Gold.
Shops, doctors and pharmacy can be found in Petersdorf, just 2 km away.
Swimming beaches in the immediate vicinity are Püttsee, Bojendorf, Wallnau, Flügger beach, gold u. V. A.
